Swindled after my initial 200 euros…

Fortunately after my initial 200 euros I decided not to continue investing and was adamant despite phone calls trying very hard to persuade me
I was told I would get refund after 30 days but that was 10 days ago and no sign yet
I suspect they have swindled a lot of people for a lot more money

Do NOT trust these lying cowboys

Do NOT trust these lying cowboys. They have NO conscious and think nothing of taking your hard earned money.
Luckily I had recorded all telephone calls and was able to send them to the police.
Listening back to the calls, it is obvious they use a sound loop of a busy office to make them sound very busy. Ironic, the only thing they are busy doing is taking other people's money!
I was hounded by them, I'm just glad they only had my mobile phone number, which made it really easy to keep a log & recording off all calls made to me.
I have a feeling that the names given don't exist. But in case they do it is Michael Taylor & Dan Stirling. They were the only names I have. Listening to the call logs, 'm fairly sure it was the same person. The detective dealing with the case was the first to say that and I agree with it.
Company wise I was told the company was called Nueva Wealth when I first started dealing with them, it was .com and then that changed a few weeks in to .io. Another company they use to hold the money is PG Pay.
I have done an interview with ITV NEWS who were very interested in the situation. I am about mid way through typing up an article for the Financial Times. They are aware that it is coming and they have said that if I put down some facts, they can then polish bit it and get it to the length to suit them.
It all came crashing down for me when I needed to withdraw my money. My daughter is doing an Open University degree and needed to pay for this term. Suddenly I was hounded for another couple of thousand to get my money released. I paid it because I needed to have my money sent. Unfortunately I have not seen a penny.
I have tried calling and emailing...still NO RESPONSE!

I have tried to make a withdrawal from Nuevawealth only to meet a closed door. They ignore emails, phone calls and the support email does not work. This company is a scam and should be regulated by some sort of authority who can hold these people accountable. I am disgusted at how they are able to scam decent people out of there money. Surely, it's illegal.

After my first review about this scam…

After my first review about this scam company, they gave the standard answer of ‘email us and we will sort this out’. They are liars who have not refunded my money and probably never will. Avoid at all costs. All of us who have been scammed should get together and have them taken to court..

Terrible experience from start to…

Terrible experience from start to finish. This outfit operates under false pretenses, even using AI-generated celebrity endorsements to lure people in — in my case, they featured the First Minister of Wales. Everything seems smooth at first, with quick trades and impressive-looking profits, but once I tried to take out my original deposit back in July, everything stopped. The request has been “pending” ever since, yet they keep contacting me to add more capital. Thankfully, after I reported the situation to FosG'rove, the issue was finally addressed and I was able to disengage completely from them.

A total scam company

A total scam company. I was with them for approx 4 months. I invested £9,000 and built up capital of £38,000. When I tried to take some of the money out the fun and games started. Their website says "withdrawals take 5 days". This is a LIE. There is no way of getting your money out. It is all a SCAM. They tried to say "pay us another £7,000 being the tax on the profit made" before they would release my £38,000. Again it was all a SCAM trying to get more monies. They put a pushy "accountant" on the line who LIED about it being Swiss law, he was unprofessional and shouting.

The red flags are now obvious. Deposits in crypto, support email does not work, no real withdrawal process and many faults with phone App that shows multiple errors and differences between the dashboard view and the real time trading view.

It is a total FRAUD SCAM. Do not invest any of your money with them, you will definitely not get it back.

I have loads of proof of their fraud, which I will supply to the UK Police and am happy to share with anybody who asks.

Beware scam

Scam company with many warnings out there. They use ai generated famous people in Their ads recommending them. In my instance the first minister in wales. Quick to take Money and show profit but I tried to withdraw my initial amount in July and my withdrawal is still pending. But they are still calling asking for more investment

A very plausible scam

A very plausible scam, professionally put together. Usual pattern, small initial investment followed by a bigger one followed by a much larger request which in my case did not go through. Requested a withdrawal and, all of a sudden, my Free Margin went negative and the contact, a Tom Novak, disappeared. Then, following the withdrawal request, I was contacted by another company in the PrimeProX Wealth Management Group purporting to be OneSwiss telling me they had been appointed to deal with refunds as "your original branch is no longer active". Called me to ask me to open an Anydesk account to create a crypto wallet. Obvious phishing scam. They were upset when I told them it was not necessary as I already had a crypto wallet at Revolut. Have reported them to the Financial Conduct Authority and Action Fraud.
I see in Nuevawealth's reply to the above that they claim not to be associated with PrimeProX. Interesting that my bank statement shows two payments requested by Nuevawealth going to an account in the name of PrimeProX. Draw your own conclusions.

Nueva wealth generic response

Nueva wealth responded with what looked like a generic response and the email has bounced back. What a surprise!! Financial Ombudsman does not have this company registered and have strongly advised not to deal with them. All emails I have used to correspond with them bounce back and all telephone numbers I have used in the past, do not work. I am awaiting to see what response I receive next, if any.

SCAMMERS: Withdrawal Triggered Suspicious Trades — Pushy ETH Sales, Synthetic Pricing & Silent Support 🚨

I have wrote this review and this is a refresh page being used to removed negative comments.

After initiating a withdrawal from NuevaWealth, I was aggressively pressured by their “account manager” to buy 5 to 10 ETH coins — pushy, borderline abusive, and clearly timed to trap me in a larger position before funds could exit.

When I refused, four trades were auto-opened within hours — all at inflated prices, far above real-time market rates. I validated this against tick-level data from Binance and Coinbase: their entries were outside the bid-ask spread and didn’t reflect any legitimate market movement.

This wasn’t slippage. It was synthetic pricing designed to erode my withdrawable balance.

Support never answered my emails. No explanation. No transparency. And since then — completely unreachable.

When looking at the platform, I found clear signs of:

Artificial spread widening

Trade manipulation post-withdrawal

Aggressive upselling tied to withdrawal resistance

Total breakdown in client communication

I’ve submitted a formal complaint to the FCA and strongly urge others to document everything — timestamps, screenshots, pricing comparisons — and escalate.

Until NuevaWealth proves transparency and ethical conduct, I strongly advise staying away.

NuevaWealth will probably reply to this review saying it cannot match my account, asking to contact support which never answers, or try to say it never would do these things and takes abuse seriously!!! All part of the scam 🚨

Don’t get involved. They harass you multiple times a day!! Laugh at you and don’t listen to your request to remove your details from their database

Ever since enquiring I have been harassed despite saying I am no longer interested. They persistently call to the point I have now had to have ALL unsaved numbers that call my phone automatically diverted. If you block one number they call you on a different number.
Since my dealings I have had around 7 calls per day for around 2 months now, just continuously harassing me. Ignoring my requests to remove my defaults front their data base. I now also have multiple spamming calls, so must sell your details on.

Don’t touch them with a barge pole.

Literally ruining my life with the harassment. To the point I am researching paying a private investigator to hunt the owner down or fine IP addresses so that I can go to the police or something.
