Zero stars earned. This company is fraudulent. They guarantee Refunds within thirty days no questions asked. This smart Clean ultrasonic machine I Received for christmas has never worked. The kentucky office has made me Send videos photos and Information regarding the Defective product. I finally moved on Attorney Generals Office in Kentucky To report fraud. They have directed me to C.olorado. File complaints against this company, SHUT THEM DOWN.

Avoid this website! I usually check reviews and IDK what happened but I received the incorrect product (after waiting 2 1/2 weeks) and they have completely dropped the ball on communicating once I told them I wanted to return. Very dissappointing and I will never use them again.

They're scammers wish I'd read reviews, am a recent widow on SS, am disabled and they advertised a cane, dummy me, sent a tracking number that doesn't exist am turning them into the FTC, they need to be shut down.

The product I received is what is described on the website. But it took 16 days to receive the product. The shipping from China to US took five days but it took 11 days to ship from New York to Michigan. OnTrac tracking was used to monitor the shipment but the tracking record was updated very slowly (update every few days).

they stated " the free return" is not free, you need to ship back the product back to China which cost more then the product!! never stated on their website....their business won't last long with this kind of business practices !!!

Wished that I would have read the reviews before ordering. I usually do that. They have ignored my emails inquiring about my order. Don't buy anything from this dishonest company. Going back to Amazon. At least there you stand a chance for some satisfaction ! Update: 12/28/24 After notifying my credit card company that I am disputing the charge on my credit card because I can't get any response from them, my purchase was delivered. Seems to be a good quality product so far.

They sell a LifeVac knockoff made in China. It doesn't work and they refuse to refund my money 100% unless I send it to the original manufacturer in China.

I never received the $50 product I ordered and paid for. The Post Office says it was unable to deliver the product to me, it returned the product to Nueby. Nueby denies it received the product back from the Post Office and tells me to contact the Post Office, which tells me Nueby should have the product, and so on.

I love the look of backpack purse and leather has a wonderful feel but oh my gosh the smell is absolutely atrocious. It stinks sooooo bad it's unbelievable. I've sprayed and sprayed aired out and it is no better. So I contacted for refund and they want product returned to Shanghai. What the heck? Refund policy says return of product not required.

Neuby.com lies about their shipping policy. They don't ship your items within the time frame they provide. I finally received my package over a month after I placed my order. Neuby bills your credit card when you place your order. The items came in individual boxes (no instructions were included). Neuby doesn't put them in another box, they just wrap them in thin black plastic, then wraps that with a ton of shipping tape which offers no protection. I was surprised to find the merchandise unbroken. The tracking information they provided was useless and I started to wonder if the tracking number was real. It wouldn't give me an ETA, which is all I wanted.

Pure garbage. Cheapest, most poorly made stuff imaginable. No instruction manuals. COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY. Took almost a month to arrive and I was never sent any shipping information. Everything arrived in a garbage bag taped up with packing tape, couldn't even tell what it was or where it was from. VERY deceptive marketing.

Do not buy from this company! Their stuff is garbage and does not work as described, and if you want to send it back, it cost hundreds of dollars in shipping and they want you to cover it. Do not make the same mistake I did.

I I would give it no stars if I could I had a terrible session with Nueby. My wife had ordered an item that was not delivered. When I checked my information, the item was delivered to a different address. It became a parent that the company meaning Nueby had put the wrong address there. When I called the company and told him that the company had put the wrong address on there. The person I spoke to kept on blaming me for giving them the wrong address. Which was not the case, but he kept insisting at it. Launch Stree short. I I have not received the item and my money has not been returned this happen in December and I would like for people to be on the lookout because I think they bad for business. I also noticed that they’re not even part of the Better Business Bureau anyway watch out and order anything you’re gonna be sorry.

Placed order, then received a USPS tracking number with a number that does not exist. Order never sent. Order never received. Phones don’t work. They do send emails that never address your issue, only about discount codes and thanking you for your business. Basically thank you for your money, with no intention of sending you the item ordered. Horrible company.

I ordered 2 "real leather" purses. They are plastic! To ship back to China(seriously) per their email instruction would cost approx. $10 less than purchase price! They will not give me CA stateside address to return. Completely bogus company.

Do not do business with this company at all! I repeat… do not! I bought toys for my grandkids. They arrived in boxes taped together. I tried to return within a day of the product arrival as they have a 30 day return policy. They would not honor it. I’ve a dispute going with my credit card company about the charges. Unbelievable! Seriously, do not buy from this company!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NUEBY. They refuse to answer the phone. It has been over 3 weeks and I have no idea where the item I ordered from them is. They only will correspond via email. Their emails keep saying "your item will arrive soon" (I WISH). They do not take any responsibility for correcting, (or even admitting) the problem. HORRIBLE COMPANY.
