I love using Nuddy shine shampoo bar, I’ve been using it since lockdown and my hair is so thick and long and strong! Would highly recommend and I have a repeat order for it so I never run out :D

I get the razor blade subscription, which comes with a soap, and often a free gift from another eco friendly supplier. What's not to like?! The soaps are a lovely subtle scent, and they last well.

I had to wait a while for my order to arrive as they had to wait for the tins to come via Royal Mail, but other than that I'm happy. I bought the volume shampoo bar to go in my tin and it's a lovely shampoo. Tin is nice, but I'm glad I got it during Black Friday when it was half price.

This is something for the website guys to look into. In the shop there were just two bars left and it let me purchase those two bars. Money came out of my account and I received a confirmation. Then three days later I received an email to say some of my order wasn’t available- I did want more than two so maybe that confused the site?!? - And would I like to change my soap order for something which was in stock. I said no as I’m fully stocked up with my soaps this was an order as a gift for someone else. So asked them to either keep the money till they were re-stocked and just post the two out or refund me. Yesterday I received an email saying they have processed a refund but no courtesy email from CS explaining that they couldn’t wait until they replenished their stock.

I have to start by saying the product I order, the Mango Moisturising Soap Bar, I can't fault at all. It smells delicious, it lathers well, and leaves me feeling fresh. It also lasts me a decent amount of time.
But... I signed up for a subscription service which I didn't realise at the time was not worth it. I got an email on the 8th November saying my subscription was renewing, then on the 10th I received an email saying my product was out of stock, okay, I understand that happens. On the 11th November I was emailed with a charge confirmation, and 14th November I was emailed saying my product had been sent out. 27th November and I still don't have my product. I understand there are Royal Mail strikes but personally, for £3.95, I am not happy with the service I have received.
I will still continue to buy from this company as I like their products, but I have cancelled my subscription as £3.95 postage a month for 10% off a £5.95 bar of soap (making it £5.36) isn't a good enough offer to keep me subscribed.

Impossible to get hold of customer services. I ordered the razor but didn’t set the subscription up at the time, I have contacted nuddy many times to ask how I get replacement blades but had no response. Will switch to another company as the razor isn’t great either, it’s heavy to use and the pink cover is already chipping off!

Be warned: Customer Services won't reply to you. I've tried contacting them multiple times and have had no response. I set up my account accidentally with an incorrect email address (no email verification via social log in!!!), and now I can't access my account to change account details, or cancel my subscription. They just take £9.99 out of my account every month now, despite me asking to cancel.

I also don't rate the product. The pink razor is metal, making it heavy to hold, difficult to manoeuvre and slippy, resulting in an anxious shaving experience and not so smooth legs.

I'd avoid.

The goods were neatly packaged with no plastic at all. The soaps and shampoo bars are excellent quality.

Excellent products, been using for around 6 months now and love how they make my hair look and feel. Always a prompt dispatch and fast delivery, and some great offers too.

Nice quick delivery, I love the shampoo bars and I’ve converted my daughter into using them, she’s also said how lovely they are and doesn’t need to use conditioner anymore as they leave her hair feeling fab. I will definitely keep coming back for more.

I've been trying to preorder soaps in bulk to save on delivery, otherwise one soap costs £9.
I placed an order for January and it arrived in October. So now I have five bars of soap.

So far I have tried the soap and shampoo bars
The soap is the only one I have ever used that I've not needed to run for the hand cream afterwards, so creamy and moisturising, lovely smell too.
Shampoo is good to use too, will continue to use both.

I took out a sub with Nuddy in August. The initial offer was a razor and five blades (plus a soap bar and a 'special gift' that turned out to be a small bag made out of a scrap of material and was effectively useless). When the box arrived, it only had two blades in it. I reported this to customer service, who told me they'd send the missing blades on to me.

Several weeks later, the blades still hadn't arrived and I contacted customer service, who suggested I check the box the razor had arrived in (as if I hadn't done that already). When I told them the blades definitely weren't in there, they promised to send them on to me. Eight days later, I'm still waiting.

Oh, and there's never anyone live to talk to – just an unmanned chat app...

The shampoo bars smell amazing and result in shiny, clean hair. Really impressed and happy to be cutting down on unnecessary plastic waste.

Great, very good shampoo bar samples, i don’t love any of the scents but they work well.

Love these! Good consistency bar which stays firm even with daily use. I like the peace one but I'm sure they're all great.

Excellent solid shampoo bars. I love them. I am very allergic to many products but have no issues with nuddy.
My hair is super full and wavy now. Thank you
