I ordered Human Fortress sronghold…

I ordered Human Fortress sronghold vinyl and cd but i received Only vinyl...you refunded me the price of the cd but this is not the issue...I AM very dissapoited with this..and i'm thinking seriously not to order anything from you again.....

My order was canceled due to my…

My order was canceled due to my delivery address. Order was canceled, i then updated my address, and my order was filled, and delivered within 3 days. No taxes or duties due upon delivery to me in the USA. Wonderfully executed thank you, very pleased. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 five starts across the board.

Order a hoodie for shipping to the Uk

Order a hoodie for shipping to the Uk. I was slightly nervous they’d be additional fees to pay for non EU delivery, but it was all good. Straight to my door, ordered over a weekend but with me the following Friday.

Quick delivery

Quick delivery, however increasingly smaller number CD available and/or on sale, or discounted. I'd appreciate if they stocked more CDs (release history) of their own artists

Damaged goods and no reply

I received damaged goods and am waiting more than two weeks for a reply to my email. They should have checked the goods before sending. We are not talking about 10€. Totally disappointed

Time for delivery too long

Time for delivery too long. Order placed on the 25th of December. Package delivered on 20th of January. It was dispatched on the 5th of January.
AliExpress takes shorter and the goods comes from Xina.

Awesome customer service

As always, the ordering and payment process was easy, streamlined and very quick. The delivery status was updated at every stage of the delivery process. Delivery was exceptionally quick considering I live down under in Australia. Excellent company to deal with and am very happy to continue to purchase from them.
