NO after sale training
I bought a device over a month ago . The Hifu device to be more specific .
The sales team are very Quick to make the deal! They will stalk you every day and make the whole process deel like it’s the most incredible buy ever !
When the device is delivered you get a quick what they call training of a very serious device that can do a lot of harm if you’re not using it correctly !
If you have more questions than that they apparently can answer you’re being ignored and you can’t get a hold of a responsible superior to explain what’s going on in the company!
For me a very very disappointing experience since I was hesitating to buy from China .
I would not recommend to buy from Nubway since it’s the worse after sale not to say NO after sales ! I get the impression they just want to do quick sales and get it over with once they are being paid !
There is no possibility of sending back the device so I just paid money for a device I can’t use do to an unprofessional after training !
There are a lot of Chinese companies out there selling devices so be careful who you choose to work with .
My experience with Nubway has been awful!!! Never knew a company could lead on a customer like this !
Shame I can’t share the communication I’ve had to prove how they work !
