Do yourself a favor and don't buy from this company! The watch is cute but of low quality--that is livable for the price point. The company itself is basically running a scam! So when you're ready to check out, they will automatically include a kit that you can use to remove extra links from the band. You CANNOT remove this kit from your basket, but you think that something similar can be bought from Amazon for about the same amount of money so it's fine...but still a red flag! You should be able to remove something from the cart, right? I ordered anyway. The watch finally shows up but there's no kit. Contact them and they assure me that another kit has already been "dispatched ". I'm assured that I can follow the package with the link provided, but the link goes absolutely nowhere! A week later, nothing has arrived and we go back and forth some more with more promises of urgent escalation and more "dispatching" of packaged kits! They must have "dispatched" approximately 3 kits at this point. Nothing arrives and I finally get them to issue a refund for the kit. 7 dollars is refunded but all the "dispatched " kits never arrive--in other words, nothing was ever sent out! Angry about being lied to and not really loving the watch, decide to return the watch. Return the watch, get an email saying that the watch was received. A week later, ask about a refund and get an email stating that the 7 dollar kit was refunded. Ask about the watch again and told that the case will be escalated--they really enjoy saying that! Still no refund! They want to make it really difficult, complicated (need to first send photos of the watch in order for the return to be approved--what??), and costly (restocking fee) in the hopes that you will forget about it or give up altogether! Don't buy--not worth the time, effort, or aggravation!

Regarding the toolkit, this is an optional item that can be removed from the cart. It is included by default for convenience, as many customers prefer having the ability to adjust their watch at home. We’re sorry if this caused any confusion.

We can also confirm that a replacement toolkit was arranged and dispatched; however, there were issues with tracking updates and delivery, which we understand led to a poor experience. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

In terms of the return process, requesting photos is a standard step to verify the item’s condition before issuing a return label. That said, we recognize that your overall experience did not feel smooth, and we truly regret that.

We want to assure you that we are a legitimate business and we have been in communication throughout your case, from your initial request through to the refund being completed. Your feedback is taken seriously, and we are actively working on improving both our processes and communication.

Shipping is awful

Shipping is awful. The tracking is impossible to follow and the package won’t ship out for days despite being “express” shipping. I should have read reviews before ordering .

I waited months and then shipping issues

I waited several months for the watch to be available and shipped. Then at time of shipping I was notified they would not ship it to my home. I live in Hawaii which is part of the U.S. No where on the checkout page of the website did it say they do not ship there. So I asked if it would arrive at an address in Colorado in a week (I was going to be visiting g my son), and they said no, that it would take longer. So I gave a California address as I was going there after and asked them to use that address instead. They went ahead and sent it to the Colorado address and of course it came after I had already left. So now I have to pay for it to be shipped to Hawaii. Very disappointing customer service and the only company who doesn’t ship such a small item to Hawaii.
