If you need to do the 5 hour pre licensed course for your state, worried about downloading Zoom and needing just a desktop/ laptop computer, look no further. This online course can be done on a tablet or your cell phone, no Zoom required, it also has a audio read along optional feature and you can stop and start up your course where you left off. It is worth the time and money for this online course. The only thing that was frustrating was doing the voice recognition aka vocal print. I took me almost a week to complete the course

We are sorry about the frustration with the vocal print, however, please know that NTSI is mandated to have the required verification calls. Also mandatory are the codes with voice verifications and the strict security question protocols.
All of those interface requirements are *MANDATED* by the State of New York, by the DMV of New York and by the rules and regulations that govern such courses within New York.
That said, we are truly sorry to hear of your frustration, though profoundly grateful in the face of that frustration that you gave us 5 stars for the great content. You ROCK Michael, thank you!

The course was informative and I honestly have to say I did learn information that I didn't know about.
Oregon traffic laws are different from Hawai'i laws.

NTSI regrets that you experienced frustration with your recent traffic school experience.
However, NTSI records all calls for customer service satisfaction, and after thorough review of your call, we can confirm that our rep did not treat you poorly in any way. Quite the contrary as the recording shows our rep was calm, kind, comforting, provided thoughtful answers, and even offered a refund that you declined. In the end you used the threat of retaliation against our rep, telling her you were going to post her full name on the internet with the obvious intent of maligning her and NTSI, and then you hung up on her.
Further review of your case, and said recorded customer service call, shows that you registered for the wrong court. The court system servers noted this error and auto transferred you to the correct court and the next time you logged into your course you were greeted with a Student prompt to "Settle Payment" which was the difference of the court fee between the incorrect court and the correct court. You then entered your credit card information again and the payment was processed. On 8/22/22 at 5:35PM an email confirming this additional payment was sent. No extra money was taken. NTSI does not have the ability to run a card after a payment has been made. NTSI does not store any credit card information. The only option NTSI has after a payment is to refund or void.
NTSI stands by our CSR Supervisor; she is one of the best in the field as evidenced by her superlative treatment of you and the genuine kindness demonstrated as she explained all of the above as well as suggested solutions that you rejected.
NTSI did everything we possibly could, and we wish you well with your traffic school needs.
Still Not able to schedule road test.
It took me a little while to understand , but once I got it I ran through the whole course. Definitely openers my eyes to a few things I didn’t know. But my issue at the moment is that I haven’t been able to schedule my road test yet and it’s been 4 days since I’ve completed the course.
Immediately after finishing the course I called the 1-800 number and spoke with a woman who sent me an email that said I would be able to schedule my road test in 24-48 hours and if there’s an issue NTSI would contact me. but that hasn’t been the case.

I got my ticket in Marion County Line Oregon, I was driving didn't realized the change of speed limit, I got pulled over and the officer was so kind and respectful he explained to me how things go, I opted to do the class refresh my memory and while doing my class, the explaination is crystal clear the attitudes of drivers even myself ,I loved this class of defensive driving

System is way to complicated
System is way to complicated! There should be no reason after answering a few questions (literally 5 questions) you have to call enter a digital code, then say some phrase just to move on. I stuck with the course because I had already paid but while I was ready to move on after passing the section questions correctly the system messed after I successfully enter the code and phrase which then blocked me. I now have to wait to call NTSI when there available to get unblocked from the course I already paid for ( 👎🏽)

Please note that 100% of all of those interface requirements are *MANDATED* by the State and by the rules and regulations that govern such courses.
NTSI, like all course providers, are required to meet specific metrics and employ certain course features, in order to comply with the laws of each state. We share this info not as an excuse, but in the hopes that you will understand our position, and the high standard we have to meet by maintaining these regulations and requirements.
Regardless, we are genuinely sorry to hear that you were so significantly impacted by the nature of these course regulation parameters.
Even though the vast majority of our valuable customers have post high praise, we still hate seeing even one unsatisfied customer.

I truly hope this help other Drivers or anyone that needs to take this Defense Driving Course. At first, I was like I am going to take my sweet time and within days I'll finish this course but once I got started, I realize how easy and understanding everything was. I decided to finish the same day. Everything was easy to read and there was new knowledgeable things that everyone should know. Even if you think you don't make mistakes at driving but this question and answer, surely make you more aware of your surroundings in the road. I highly recommend to do the NTSI course because I got locked out from my screen and it prompted me to call their customer # (assistance), right away i got the help I needed.

Amenable, Easy To Read, Up To Date
This is my first time using NTSI. In previous years I used NYSC which material is old and its verification process is buggy and frustrating. I hesitated to use it again and went to NYS DMV website to look for a different provider. After reading all sites' reviews, I decided to use NTSI as it is an experienced school with locations nationwide, and the only one with net positive comments. Its contents are up-to-date, informative, engaging, and easy to read. The quizzes asked sensible questions rather than statistics that were not relevant to my daily driving. Very importantly, its verification process was easy and worked every time. I will use them again in the future and highly recommend NTSI for its Defensive Driving Course.
