Amazing service, manage to get me a transfer no problem and drivers are always so polite and accommodating

Used this service roundtrip from Glasgow Airport to Edinburgh. Both drivers were professional, on time and had great communication prior to pick up. Highly recommend.

I should preface this review by stating that this was my family’s first visit to Scotland, and we were not sure what to expect when we booked the airport transfer. The only bit of advice we were given was that “… you better not have more luggage than you claim when you book it, because the drivers over there have been known to refuse taking you if you have more luggage than you claim!”
Ozzie from “Airport TaxiTransfer” picked us up from Edinburgh airport. HE COULD NOT HAVE BEEN NICER!!! Upon arrival I received a text from him that included his photo and directions to his location. I mistakenly walked to the wrong pickup area. Ozzie walked from his vehicle while talking with me on the phone to greet me, then proceeded to grab as much of my wife’s and daughter’s luggage as he could carry and led us to his vehicle. (He is NOT obligated to do that). Oh and btw we did have more luggage than I initially anticipated. He assured me that it wasn’t an issue and he would “make it work”.
Ozzie was such a pleasure that over the course of our stay we called him to see if he were available to drive us. If he could not he would refer us to one of his co-workers.
Upon departure, I requested that Ozzie be our driver and he was. I HIGHLY recommend Ozzie and thank him for his warm, courteous, and friendly service!!

Ozzi was the best. If you need transfer service, ask for Ozzi, he did a great job. He helped us a lot with our luggage and he was so friendly. Thank you.

Ozzi was an amazing driver. Excellent clean car and friendly service. He obeyed all of the laws, and our whole family felt safe. I would recommend him anytime for a long car trip in Scotland. He can take the wheel while you can take a nap and relax!

Ozzi did a wonderful job driving us from Edinburgh to Dornoch. The trip should have taken 4 hours but due to several accidents it took 6. He never complained and was an excellent driver.

We were very happy with our transfer to Falkirk from Edinburg Airport. Our driver initiated communication with us just before our flight landed and he was very reassuring and clear in his texts about how and where to connect with him. We thought the rate was reasonable and the entire process was easy and highly professional. We plan to book with National Transfer for our return flight.

I needed a transfer for my parents from EDI airport to Dundee and booked it NTSEDI Edinburgh. The communication throughout was really great, the car super clean, the driver super friendly and the price very fair. Happy to book again!
