I called an made a appointment with the NTB store on Concord pike in Delware to get 4 new Michelim tires installed on my car and also a front end alignment.Scott Told me it would take a hour and a half to do the job.After the hour and half they came out and told me it would be done in the next 15 minutes asked Scott how the alignment went and he said it was out a bit.They called me to the front desk and said it was all done.I got talking to Scott and then paid him and left the store.About a few miles down the road I pulled over to check my paperwork and noticed that they forgot to give me a print out for the front end alignment.I called back and Scott said he would put it in the mail for me.About 10 minutes later I get a call and it is Scott and he says the are going to refund half of my money back to me for the front end alignment. I said why would you do that he said that the back wheel was out and they were having trouble fixing it.At this time I yelled at him and said I want a full refund because you did not do the job right in the first place and tried to rip me off.I called back and got the manager John on the phone and they agreed to credit me a full refund for a front end alignment that was never done right.I would never do business again with ntb again they lost a loyal 20 year customer.This store is run by a bunch of amateurs !!!!

The customer service on the NTB card is horrible!! I have called several times trying to get my account reset. And all I get is put on hold or cut off! These people are totally incompetent! Do not waste your time calling the number on the back of the credit card. Seriously, I was so miffed!!! Terrible experience!
This is the worst place ever
This is the worst place ever. Horrible customer service. I went in for a nail in my tire which is under warranty but they failed to tell me they were going to charge me on top of my warranty. The guy jack my car up then start running around passing out burritos while I'm sitting there waiting for him to patch my tire. He claimed he couldn't see the nail even though it stuck out like a sore thumb. He continued to take my tire completely off then jacking around trying to get a bite of his sandwich. 1 hour in the front desk guy come up to me and tell me it's going to be 50$ to put the new tire on. I didn't have any cash on me so the mechanic put the nail back in the hole, drove my car to the front and handed me my keys. They lied and said the nail was in a corner and to dangerous to patch. I walk outside to my vehicle and now the air is literally whistling out at a fast pace. I go back inside and ask them if that was safe..his exact words were" well there's nothing we can do about it..that's why I had you sign that invoice to let you know we told you about it. We're not responsible if something happens". So they sent me off like that..i was in tears and praying to God to let me make it to the bank and to the nearest tire shop safely. I made it. The other tire shop used a reg jack and turned my tire and showed me EXACTLY where the nail was..pulled it out and patched it for me in 5 min flat. NTB employees flat out lied to me trying to squeeze 50$ out of me. It's sad that my life is only worth 50 bucks to these people. So much for human decency!To add insult to injury somebody messaged offering me a free oil change..why? So they can purposely damage something under my hood? Oh no..I DON'T THINK SO! You all have lost my trust and my business. I only hate that I didn't read the comments and reviews before doing business with them. I'm going to tell my story to the world and anybody that will listen. It's going to cost you way more than the 50 bucks you all were trying to scam me out of when I'm done. I'm going on every social media and telling anyone that will listen to my story.
Utterly appalling lack of service!
I am utterly appalled by the service experience at the N. Bell Cedar Park store! Took my truck in for tires 3/30/19, it ran out of gas as they were pulling it into the bay, and everyone just WENT BACK TO WORK without approaching me to notify me what had occurred. 10 minutes went by and still nothing. It took ME approaching THEM to ask what was going on and I was basically told I was out of luck and could walk to the gas station or call AAA. I get it, you don't have gas at NTB, but don't say "Oh well," go back to work and dismiss your customer! How do you call that "customer service!" My family have been customers of NTB for 15 years and I assure you that we will NEVER go back.
