We booked a last minute report with Anthony - he was fantastic. Went above and beyond to provide assistance. Everyone on the telephone has been overwhelmingly helpful and I cannot thank them enough for all the help they provided - I booked a further report after recovering such great customer service.

Supernova undertook a fire risk assessment for our property. They were very easy to deal with - instant responses, helpful updates and the engineer who came to inspect us was knowledgable and friendly. A really easy experience. I’d highly recommend!

Really good experience. The inspector was helpful and the results came back. Just wish it could all be slightly more seamless and smooth. I seemed to have to ask quite a lot of questions, but we were in a rush. However, a very good service. Would recommend.
