The laptop was handled recklessly. Additionally, internal parts went missing during the servicing.

My laptop was not repaired, even though it was held at the service center for more than two weeks. I am highly disappointed by the staff's reckless handling of my device as once my device (laptop) returned to me by their staff, it was found that laptop's back panel and internal parts were in loose condition without screws in it which then returned to them to fit all those parts correctly. Thereafter, Upon the final return, I discovered that the several screws and the BIOS connector were missing.

Got terrific service from Nss service center. Rajveer was the service engineer and he exceeded my expectations in solving the issue. Everything done in time, with ease, and in a courteous and professional manner.

We mainly use Dell and Lenovo laptops whose repair & replacement services are taken care by this service center specifically once they are out of standard service/warranty period.
