I’m not sure I see real value in this when SNT’s are grouped with kids in high school and early career. For someone moving to the next level in their career and in their MBA; how does this help? When I reached out for networking assistance, I got an email back telling me ways to do it (e.g., reach out on LinkedIn). Nothing I don’t already know.

It is hard to complete the snt part just to be inducted

The NSLS experience is great largely because it combines structured leadership development, real networking, scholarship opportunities, and career boosting benefits that help members grow. NSLS creates a supporting environment where members build confidence, skills, and professional momentum.

My experience was awesome and was I was able to learn more about leadership and gave me the opportunity to speak among other students and listen to other students as well.

Joining NSLS has been a valuable experience. The organization provides excellent leadership resources, motivational speakers, and opportunities for personal and professional growth. The induction process was straightforward, and the educational content helped me improve my leadership and communication skills. I appreciate the networking opportunities and the focus on helping students achieve their goals. Overall, I would recommend NSLS to students who want to develop leadership skills and build confidence for their future careers.

It was great to learn how to be a leader

This was a great learning experience, making you think outside the box and providing an opportunity to meet people from different industries, learn how successful they are, and hear their stories.

It started off fast but eventually it smoothed out.

They challenge a student to reach for more/

The platform provides great networking opportunities. It also shares invaluable knowledge on how to become a successful leader and how to better use "SMART" to achieve goal/s.

The website was easy to navigate. Feedback was prompt.

Delivery was seamless.
All of my items arrived post inquiry, because communication is key.
Small suggestion, you guys may not know this but some people will be waiting for their items until they are fully acclimated into the society, maybe you should be more clear.

The National Society of Leadership and Success has had a truly positive impact on my life. Hearing influential speakers like Oprah Winfrey and Ryan Serhant completely shifted my mindset, enthusiasm, and drive for success. Their stories inspired me to think bigger, push harder, and believe more in my personal and professional goals. Oprah mentioned something so profound that will stay in my mind and soul forever...she said "start your mornings with gratitude to which ever supreme you hold dear to you, even if its just a thank you" she also said a Maya Angelou saying that confirmed my mindset all my life "i come as one but i stand as 10,000". It implanted even more perseverance and service in my heart and mind because it reminded me that I am my ancestor's wildest dream!

Although there were some challenges when it came to finding and working with an SNT group of like-minded individuals, the experience overall was incredibly rewarding. I am beyond grateful for the opportunities, motivation, and support the NSLS provides. I look forward to continuing to network, grow meaningful connections, and build a better future using the valuable tools and resources offered through the program.

My experience with the National Society of Leadership and Success has been both meaningful and enriching. Being part of the Honor Society has provided me with valuable opportunities for personal and professional growth, especially in strengthening my leadership mindset and goal-setting skills. The speakers, resources, and structured development activities have encouraged me to stay focused, intentional, and accountable in both my academic and career journey.

What I appreciate most is the emphasis on practical leadership development and connecting with like-minded individuals who are also striving for excellence. It has been a motivating experience that continues to reinforce my commitment to growth, service, and impact.

I want to start by saying thank you. This opportunity has given me so much confidence and motivation. It’s made me feel like everything I’ve been working toward truly has meaning. There’s not a large selection for videos to watch by “influential” figures. There’s not much diversity in the videos or who is talking in the video.
They ask for you to conduct meetings, while the instructions for how to find people to meet with are done in an easy way, the meeting questions they have don’t feel entirely conductive to continuing goals.
Mostly it feels like just another scam honors society with a million extra steps that don’t help students other than adding stress.

The fact that I was nominated, made me realize that I can do it! I was inducted, and I can’t believe I made it!

I feel like I learned so much from the experience. Thank you for inviting me for the opportunity to grow.
