Never picked my vehicle up after scheduling it three times . Lied about shipping it in enclosed carrier cancelled it then said they were sending open carrier but at the same cost. Never showed
Then rescheduled only not to show again
Each time it cost me 40 dollars to pay a person to wait at my house as I was in NY already. I then had to get another company at 400 more as I needed my care. This was May 2025. Now I get a text if I want to ship my car back to Florida because they did such a great job lol.. The agent insisted they picked my car up back in May and shipped it too NY. He said I probably didn't remember they did it . OMG 😱
Stay as far away as possible from them.
See text from them below

It was a bit longer ago - in May, maybe thats why you dont remember well

I guess you are confusing me to someone else sir.

My driver Bob delivered the truck to you in 22nd of May/ 2025 to NY.

I might not remember, but my system does!

And it clearly shows the shipment status completed, and it was delivered.

In total it was $1200 My driver Alberto delivered it

Daniel is the best transporter that I have ever worked

Great broker, great communication. I'll work again with them.

"Communication and service has been 10/10. Thanks you Mia and NRG Transportation INC"

Recently, I shipped my Volkswagen Jetta from California to Arizona with NRG Transportation, and I couldn’t be happier with the service!

Daniel Jackson did an excellent job finding a reliable driver quickly. The price was very reasonable, the car was picked up and delivered right on time, and the whole process went incredibly smoothly.

Communication was easy and professional from start to finish, and I really appreciate both Daniel and the driver for making everything stress-free. I received my car in perfect condition, exactly as promised.

I highly recommend NRG Transportation to anyone looking for a dependable auto transport company. I’ll definitely do business with them again in the future.

Thank you so much — you guys are the best!

Has a schedule pick up. They call me 2 hrs before pick they could not do it. They could set up a third party pickup but would cost double of what they asked. If you can't provide the service don't agree. We have to make changes to work schedules and then at last minute its something else.

Professionals at their job

Daniel Jackson helped me get my car shipped. He stuck with me through the whole process. Even being flexible with rescheduling, when necessary. Thanks to Daniel Jackson, I had an amazing customer service experience. If I need to ship a car again, it'll definitely be through NRG.

Great company, definitely we will be working again with they! Recommend 100%
