NPhealth is a huge disappointment …

I have been working with NP telehealth since 2023, in 2024 march I decided to sign the documents and pay the fees, they have since been very slow with everything. Credentialing has taken forever. All the Credentialing insurance that was written to, non had called and they haven't approved any application, no follow up and nothing is moving forward. I have reached out to them multiple times on how we can move forward but like the previous reviews, they is lack of communication and they don't care about your financial loss or disappointment. I will go ahead and report them to BBB as fraudulent. This is September 1 2024 and I don't have any information about the process, only a website was made, there is no patient roaster and no doctor assigned. I am highly disappointed that i put my trust in them.

Ponzi Scheme- Fraudulent Company

Title: Ponzi scheme, Fraudulent Company

October 18, 2023 I began my partnership with NP Telehealth, since I work in the dental field my information was then handed over to Delta Dental Smiles (no relation to Delta Dental insurance). Shortly thereafter my payment for the complete set up of my telehealth practice. Things were progressing very slowly from the start with poor communication that only got progressively worst. I also think we are all educated professionals here, we can tell by the clearly documented negative reviews all point to the company’s lack of com munition error and not due to any new hires fault. Any positive reviews found where submits by the affiliated themselves, thereby invalidating their bias opinion.

There is no way any member would be able to refute or deny ANY of what I have mentioned. I save everything, I have every call, message, email & phone call logged. I even went so far as to confirm with my phone carrier for call log proof. I also, have spoken personally to each insurance company that I was to be credentialed with. Several of those companies confirmed incomplete information received from the credentialing department & no response in communication requests. It was by my own perseverance that I was able to get credentialed with insurance companies. I completed the necessary information and I resumed the communication directly. I was also enlightened by WhatsApp Company that NP telehealth their associates only use their service, no actual business number exists. They where able to confirm that I was directly blocked in the app by the numbers inquired about (if that isn’t proof of a fraudulent scheme then I don’t know what is). Also, regardless of what number called, they all link to same 6 people. I have the associated doctor’s names & license provider information to be reporting individually, I recommend others do the same to end this company’s Ponzi scheme.

Upon a deeper dive into the company’s foundation that the founders have multiply business ventures, all of which are having reports of this an issue. I have even gone so far as to offer to fly to meet in person, per their SLA to solve this dispute in person, this was met with no response. I also sent a restricted certified letter that I sent to the founders. Clearly stating stating that if communication still ceases I will pursue this matter until a full resolution is met and is actually completed. This is my profession, my careers and livelihood, this is not to be taken lightly and is no small matter to be overlooked or forgotten about.

The previous review is a lie from…

The previous review is a lie from someone who works at the company. They took my money and did not start the telehealth business. The credentialling woman quit due to bad business practices. This place is a scam. I have reported them to the BBB and filed a police report.

Final conclusion: Go for it. See ya

Hi There,

I got an invitation to give my review to the NP telehealth today and I decided to write a little bit about my experience.

I am a Registered NP in florida and I started in Dec 2021 with NP Telehealth. They initially gave me FCC No. within a week.
They provided a complete website and official email within 20 days of enrollment.
They provided the patient roster after 45 days of website development.
They assigned me a billing contractor after the patient roster, it took 5 days.
I also received the shared malpractice and complete billing software and clearinghouse free.
Overall complete practice set-up took 100+ days but now I have an average of 15 appointments per day with decent reimbursmenet through telehealth.

I would say I was completely new with such process so it took time to learn the things but finally I succeded.

Pros.
They are offering allmost everything free so I have saved almost 20k with the help of NP telehealth team.

Cons.
Process take times..
I felt little coordination issue but their Chat support is awesome (24/7).

Final conclusion: If you are a business minded and willing to start your own telelhealth clinic then go for it. See ya
