The worst customer service EVER!!
Finance department cancel direct Debits without notice or instruction, wait before sending the invoice, take 3 weeks to "file" a new DD mandate and then expect you to settle the bill within 6 days of next bill £7k total. 2 years YES 2 years later we are being threatened with late payment charges!!
The company has no morals or customer values at all and will try anything for a few extra ££
