NPF has been a standout 3PL partner for us. Their barcode-driven system means inventory discrepancies are virtually nil, and their customer service team gets back to us quickly. We’ve had two account managers so far—both switched-on, resourceful and keen to sort things out quickly. The IT crew is just as sharp; any Shopify tweaks are handled almost straightaway. I toured the warehouse recently and was genuinely impressed by how clean and well-organised everything is. In short, NPF delivers the reliability and attention to detail we need so we can focus on brand growth.
Only thing worth noting is we've had some issues with our other brand with large box items and mix ups with SKUs as they items are too big to be processed by their barcode system. Doesn't happen at all with our smaller items though!

Frequent Packing Mistakes: We encountered numerous errors in the packing of our orders, which caused significant issues for our customers.
Lack of Shipping Proof: There was no proof provided that items were actually sent, leading to confusion and distrust in their service.
Unclear Extra Storage Charges: We were charged extra for storage without receiving clear reports or justifications for these fees.

This company increases pricing without telling their customers. They also tend to over charge if you don’t pay attention to your invoices, which we where not entirely happy with. They have hidden monthly quota fees (Penalties) for not meeting 50 orders per month on top of weekly storage and high order handling fees these accumulatively chew into your margins. Their fees are always fluctuating and increasing so it’s hard to run your business when these variable costs are constantly changing without notice. We questioned them about this and an invoice where we learned we had been overcharged and they never responded to our countless emails.. terrible service.
