This site is a scam, do not entertain these guys with your time. I will spend 100x the price of the item they scammed to see them taken down and not taking advantage of other innocent parties. Basically, their time is up!

Already waiting more than 2 months for delivery of ordered product, no answer from customer service anymore. No reply on request to process reimbursement. Not sure I will ever receive the product or get my money back. Don't order with this company, they are not serious about business.

I ordered the NoxuCube in December. Respectful exchanges into March (but all delays) then no responses at all. And unable to reach anyone by phone. I have been very surprised by this as I have purchased 2 corner lamps and MusuCube (which I did receive and work well).

Ordered item months ago, in the beginning their automatic customer service bot was stalling and then at some point no more responses, no refund, no delivery. Probably a scam website!

Please take my advice and DO NOT order from this company.

I purchased an item from them on the 6th of December 2021 for delivery by the end of January. I then receive an email from them stating the delays would mean it would ship on the 9th-15th of March. By the end of March I had received no responses to my emails and trying to call their number on their website had no results as the number was disconnected. What was once fast responses after I initially ordered became no replies whatsoever.

I also reached out on their instagram, which they read my message and did not reply. I'm currently in the process of speaking to my bank and the trading standards to try and resolve this outside of the trading company as they will not reply to me, a paying customer.

Please do not believe any of what you see with regards to this company, it is a complete scam and I'm writing this in the hopes that it saves at least one person from being scammed.

*EDIT* For those who have purchased items and are being told by the company that they have had "delays on manufacturing due to the Ukraine conflict" please contact your bank and dispute the claim now before the time passes to do so as this is a stalling tactic by them to wait out the dispute period.

I've pre-orderd the x7.0 lamp earlier past March.. 5 week's till now.. My order still not yet processed/sent..
No tracking number.. No feedback from their side to my emails..

Fraudulent Website & Company. I requested a refund due to non-delivery of an item which I had ordered over 6 months ago. They do not return e-mails, phone-calls, messages etc. I have been unable to recover any of the funds transferred via my financial institution either. A complete scam.

No response to my emails and never got the product I paid for.

Simply put, it does not work.
Remote does not work.
The colours do not change.
The app does not work.
Customers services do not return emails and not call.
Three months to turn up.
Total disappointment.
Please be aware of my mistake of stumping up £299 for a coloured light bulb behind a mirror.

This is a fake company. I have waited 4 months and nothing has arrived. The phone number does not work. The company does not respond to emails.

I spent $2500 NZD for NoxuPortal. When the box arrived it had a puncture and the glass was smashed, DHL new zealand wont take responsibility because the account is with Noxu in the UK, Noxu replied to one of my 4 emails I sent saying they would be looking into it, its now been a month and they havent replied to my last 3 emails. Obviously not keen to make this right. Very very disappoointing. It took me along time to save for this which I was extremly excited. I will remove this review if you make it right Noxu.

Bought a present for a friend in December, was 500 GBP, it is April and nothing has turned up, the phone number doesn't work on their website. Don't know what the ppl (or bots) are smoking to rate this place 5* sounds more like a marketing ruse tbh.

Received my Nexus Floor Lamp after 3 months of waiting, kept me informed of delays and the reasons for them. The Lamp is very well made and looks the part. If anyone else has one and has managed to connect it to the app, let me know how you did it as won't work for me, no instruction of how to get it to work to music either

I have returned one of the lamps but I never received any respond or acknowledgment from the company. I still do not have any update about the return or the refund I requested. Also their phone number is no longer 'found'/active... No one is replying to my emails too. Very disappointed with the customer service! Be careful.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! I am in the process of getting a refund from a table I ordered weeks ago. If I don't get an answer on my writings this week, I will take legal steps.

I have sent e-mails and tried social media. But no response. I have tried calling them, but the number is not working. It was not a cheap table and I plan on getting back every penny!

Ordered a Noxu Cube before Christmas. Received an email in January to say there was a delay and it'll be delivered in February but still nothing. Same thing in March. It's now April and no one is answering my emails. Can someone please get back to me???

Look up "Lightsmoon" or "Minimalamp". These are all the same companies (with the exact same website), and they are part of the same scam. Minimalamp has 91% 1-star reviews. Tread with caution.

I placed an order on the 18th March and have still not received it.

Have chased this numerous times and have heard NOTHING back!!

I'm on my fourth Noxu Design lighting fixture. I have two corner light bars and two triangles. The lighting and patterns are beautiful! One of the light bars was bent with shipping and customer service took care of it promptly. Thank you!

I ordered a lamp long time ago, have not received it. They are not answering for phone calls or emails. They are scammers! Be awere and don’t waste your money!!!
