Gracias por dejar una reseña.
Revisando su caso, hemos visto que nuestro departamento de garantías le ha aceptado la reclamación por un mal acabado cosmético y se le ha reemplazado la pala adquirida por una completamente nueva.
En referencia a los calcetines. Fue un error de documentación web por el cual se le reembolsó el importe pagado por el item que llegó mal. Asimismo, se le proporcionó un código de descuento por las molestias ocasionadas.
Todo ello se le informó mediante correo electrónico.
Lamentamos enormemente que, aún así, su experiencia con nosotros haya sido insatisfactoria. Tendremos en cuenta su comentario para implementar mejoras en el futuro.

While checking your case, we have noticed that our warranty department has accepted your claim due to a bad aesthetic finish and the racket you bought has already been replaced for a brand new one.
Regarding the socks. It was a web documentation error for which you were refunded with the amount paid for the mistaken item. In addition, you where given a discount code for the inconveniences that may have caused you.
Either way, you were given an answer for both matters.
