Don’t by anything cheap and nasty item brought the slip shoes for my husband and they came was excited at first and then extremely disappointed, the quality is very very bad. Hard plastic soles and would not even class them leather but a cheap replica of leather. Don’t waste your time or money on these, I have requested a returns label let’s see what happens. And I won’t be paying a restocking fee either or they can pay the £36 pound a hr I charge

Shoes are not leather but thin cheap plastic. Immediately contacted them to return for refund as they state. Got told I have to pay return postage and 30% is taken as a restock fee. Total scammers and told them so. Shoes in dustbin as even charity shop wouldnt want them! AVOID

Absolute rubbish product. Do not buy these mules. They're nothing like what is advertised. Probably only worth pennies. I managed to get a refund through my bank. Please don't buy this cheap tack.

Absolute and utter rubbish
Ordered a pair of mules the only resemblance to those advertised is the shape. The materials used are less than poor and the finish is absolutely appalling
Post by Royal Mail no post by snail mail. 21 days all the way from China
Offered a refund but I would need to pay return postage and they would charge a 30% re stocking fee. 30% to put something back on a shelf no way. Took a partial refund and kept them and offered them to a charity shop. They refused them as the quality was so appalling that it would give them a bad name.
Avoid this company at all costs they are an absolute rip off and Trading Standards need to sort them out
Purchase at your peril

The shirts they sent to me were of poor quality and in no way represented their own online images of either the design or the fabric.

I will never order from them again. Absolute cheap garbage.

Thank you for your email regarding order #, which we have logged as a formal complaint. I'm sorry the shirts didn't meet your expectations. As you've already received the 50% refund (£23.80) you accepted, the remaining option is a return, which I can process if you'd like to go ahead.

Please make sure to use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed only when sending it back — this is important for tracking and insurance purposes, we won't be able to process the return if a different shipping method is used.

Once we receive the package, we'll inspect both shirts to confirm they are unused and in original condition. If everything checks out, we'll process your refund minus the 30% restocking fee as per our policy, less the £23.80 already refunded. The inspection process may take a few days.

Can you please share your proof of postage and tracking number in this email? That would be great!

Items received were NOT what was advertised. Advertised were leather mules with sued footbed and rubber soles. Received were thin plastic uppers, hard plastic soles and brown microfibre/ nylon footbed. Soles sold with no flex. False advertising. I would accept these free of charge let alone pay £27 a pair. Utter rubbish. Reported to PayPal. Avoid at all costs

A scam. Very poor quality, nothing like the product advertised.

Really poor quality products. Item is nothing like the quality of the images of the product. Poorly made with terrible quality materials.
Contacted for a refund immediately after opening the package, no response from company.
