Ad is deceiving
The ads made it look like I could choose the lesson. I am doing the herbalist route and this is not the case. It is good information but not really want I am interested at the moment.

Buyer Beware – Disappointing Billing Practices and Refund Experience
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Now You Know. I received no notice of an upcoming renewal, leaving me unaware that I would be charged again. When I sought a refund, the company did not honor its stated refund policy.
Customers deserve transparency, clear communication about recurring charges, and a refund process that honors the company's own policies. Based on my experience, Now You Know failed to meet those basic expectations.
It is unacceptable for customers to feel trapped in a renewal they were not notified about and then be denied a refund when they attempt to resolve the issue. I feel that my money was taken without fair warning, and the company's handling of the situation has completely undermined my trust.
I would caution anyone considering this service to read the renewal terms carefully, keep records of all charges, and verify the refund policy before providing payment information. My experience has been frustrating, costly, and disappointing, and I would not recommend this company based on how this matter was handled.

The ingredients in the practice video show different amounts then the ingredients on the printout sheet. It was very confusing. Specifically the eggs and oil. So I wasn't sure which directions to follow. My cake rose up then collapsed in the oven and never fully baked even with adding extra minutes. Also I had to find my own recipes for the buttercream and swiss buttercream frosting, it would make it easier if those were included in the instructions, even as just "extras".

The training is a little fast. I had to keep backing up and repeating it so I could take notes. However, the content has been very valuable. So far I am enjoying what I am learning. We take reviews like this seriously, so we want to lay out exactly what happened.
Although your refund request came after our standard return window, we still refunded both 2025 payments as a gesture of good faith.
Regarding the last payment, you opened a dispute on that charge, and once that happens, our payment processor automatically restricts our ability to issue a refund on it until the dispute is fully closed and reflected on our end.
We understand the frustration of a delay like this, but calling us a scam isn't accurate - we've been responsive throughout, we've already refunded what we're able to, and we remain committed to refunding the remaining amount the moment the dispute status updates.

This company has purposefully deceptive subscription practices. I was signed up to use the product for $20 for 3 months. And then was charged $50 for the next 3 months. They do not send email notifications of charges up upcoming payments, registration details, or receipt of payment via email. They purposefully deceive you into an over priced subscription.

To clarify how our pricing works: like many subscription services, we offer a discounted introductory rate for the first period, after which the subscription renews at the standard price. Both prices are shown on the checkout page before purchase, and the renewal terms appear in the order summary - we don't hide them, and we have no interest in surprising anyone.
That said, if the renewal details weren't clear to you, we'd genuinely like to understand why and make it right. Please reach out to our support team (support@nowyouknow.io) and we'll refund the renewal period you didn't intend to continue with.
