THE fact that you responded to my request and all your mail has gone to my spam and was unable to respond as I was not reading any spam until your deductions then went to see where you sent me emails. Thank you Paula for your reply it's highly appreciated.

It wasn’t made clear I had to subscribe but luckily the customer service team gave me a refund and cancelled my subscription
