Good experience but wrong wording
We like the way that NOW works to receive payment, BUT our customer sees the word DONATION rather than payment. Our customers are not making donations, they are buying products from us. NOW should either change that word to PAYMENT or let us word it when we set up our account. We believe that our new customers will be confused about that word.
