Outstanding Results!

I’ve been on countless diets and fitness plans, but they didn’t stick. I’d just go back to my old habits. But with Tanner’s coaching, and particularly the nutritional plan, I know that I will maintain my healthy weight for the rest of my life! I will never go back to where I was. I feel absolutely amazing! And I don’t feel like I’m missing out on anything.
I will highly recommend to everyone who is struggling with having a healthy lifestyle!

Coach Tanner is Exceptional

I worked consistently with Tanner for a period of months. He taught me so much about what it means to eat in a calorie deficit, how I need to fuel my body with real foods and to take things one day at a time. He is so supportive and non-judgmental that he makes it easy to work with him. He’s available for questions beyond just your session and is constantly being your biggest cheerleader. I have struggled with health issues that limit my physical activity at times but that never stopped him to challenge me. Tanner is an exceptional coach and a very caring trainer. He wants his clients to feel success in the short term and in the long-term I would highly recommend him for any personal coaching you’re looking for to make your health and strength better.!

Do yourself a favour and contact Tanner

I’ve been working with Tanner for a while now and honestly it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health.

Before starting, I felt like I was constantly trying different things but never really getting anywhere long term. What I like about Tanner’s approach is that it’s realistic and actually sustainable, building better habits over time.

I’ve seen consistent progress, not just physically but also in how I think about food and routine. It doesn’t feel like I’m on a “diet”, which has been the biggest difference for me.

He’s also super supportive and keeps you accountable without making it feel overwhelming, which I think is why it actually works.

Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants something that’s realistic and built to last.

Great experience!

I've been working with Tanner for 4 months. After a strong start I plateau'd, so he made changes in my diet, and hasn't been afraid to push me to stay on plan. He's a solid coach, good to work with!

Excellent 1 on 1 nutrition and fitness coach

I have been working with Tanner for almost a year. He has worked with me to both revamp my nutrition but also my workouts. I have lost a significant amount of weight, inches off my waist and built muscle. He takes the time to listen to my needs and tailors my nutrition plan and workout plan accordingly. I would highly recommend working with Tanner if you’re ready to make a change and make it stick!

Amazing Coach

Tanner with Now Coaching has been my nutrition coach since Aug 2025. Before I started with Tanner I was struggling so hard with my weight. I would try thinking back to the time when I was on weight watchers and what I did before I gained the weight back. Counting points, eating fruits and veggies, snacking on their bars and other expensive foods I purchased through weight watchers. Never let myself have a treat once in awhile because I would gain a pound or two and eventually more. For exercise all I did was walk, no weight training to tone my muscles just walking and maybe a bike ride here and there. I got to my goal weight and said to myself great I made it now I can have what I want and stop purchasing their foods and just buy snack like I used to. Well we all know that diets like weight watches and optavia work for a short time but when ya go off how do maintain and keep it off?
Tanner has taught me that our bodies need more than a diet or processed crap. We need proper exercise which includes both walking and weightlifting. We need to tone our body. We need to consume high protein foods, meat, Greek yogurt, Cottage cheese, protein shakes and bars, eggs to name just a few. We also need fruits and veggies but we are not Rabbits we are human. As long as we stay in a calorie deficit we can still eat those “Treats” we all love we just don’t want to over eat them.
I am not going to say it’s been an easy battle because we all know changing habits is far from easy but I can tell you Tanner is great at reminding me that I know what I need to do if I want to reach my goal.
Setting little goals is a lot easier than setting big ones. Back in Aug I was 234lbs now in April 2026 I am 194. I just tell myself 10lbs at time and losing slower is better and easier then trying to lose it at once. Yes I would love to say get me to 150 by June but I know that is an unrealistic goal so instead 2lbs a week is a number I will still with is sounds smaller so easier. And hey I am going to continue to eat those special treats when I want. Not everyday but on special occasions.
Oh and not to forget Tanner does challenges with not just clients but groups he has created through Facebook. I have met so many nice people and have new friends to walk with. I highly suggest Tanner Sundt as you new Nutrition coach!!!
