About Novorésumé - BEST AI Resume Builder
Written by the company
Novoresume is a resume builder trusted by over 18 million job seekers in 180+ countries. Founded in Copenhagen, Denmark, the platform was built around a single insight from recruitment research: recruiters spend just 6 to 7 seconds skimming a resume before deciding whether a candidate moves forward.
Most resume tools give you a blank page and wish you luck. Novoresume gives you a system.
What Makes Novoresume Different
- ✅ Recruiter-approved templates: every design is built around the 6-7 second scan, with visual hierarchy that guides the eye to what matters most: your experience, skills, and results
- ✅ Real-time content optimizer: as you write, Novoresume analyzes your content and flags issues with layout, phrasing, keyword density, and section completeness based on your target role and location
- ✅ ATS-compatible designs: all templates pass through applicant tracking systems without breaking formatting or losing data
- ✅ One-click customization: switch fonts, colors, layouts, and section order without starting over
- ✅ Cover letter builder included: matching cover letter templates that align visually with your resume
- ✅ Multi-language support: build your resume in your language, not just English
- ✅ Download in PDF and other formats: crisp, print-ready files every time

About the Company
Novoresume was founded in Copenhagen, Denmark by a team that experienced the job search process firsthand, including over 1,000 rejections between the founders before building the product they wished had existed.
The company has been awarded Denmark's Gazelle Award twice, recognizing Novoresume as one of the fastest-growing companies in Denmark. It remains independently owned and bootstrapped, which means product decisions are driven by what actually helps users, not by investor metrics.
The team is small, the mission is focused: help people present themselves the way they deserve to be seen.

Hi Qasim, thanks for sharing your feedback. WE understand how this can be frustrating, so I’d like to clarify how this works.
Novoresume is a freemium product. When you purchase Premium, you can download documents that include Premium features during the active Premium period. Once the account switches back to Free, those Premium features are no longer available for download, even if the document itself hasn’t been modified.
That said, your content is never locked or deleted. We continue to host all your documents for free, and you can access, view, and edit them anytime. The only limitation is downloading files that contain Premium-only features while on a Free plan.
We also want to clarify that we do not use auto-renewals. Premium expires automatically at the end of the purchased period unless you choose to renew manually. You can always review our plans and what’s included here: https://novoresume.com/page/pricing
Behind the scenes, we keep improving the platform by adding new features, boosting performance, and maintaining secure storage for all users, including free accounts.
If you need help with a specific document or have questions about available options please write to us at contact@novoresume.com and we'll help you as soon as possible!

We're sorry to hear about your frustration, and we'd like to help clarify and resolve this.
Our Premium plans are time-based (monthly, quarterly, or yearly access) rather than per-document purchases. This means Premium features, including multi-page downloads, are available during your active subscription period. When the Premium plan expires, the account is automatically switched to Basic (FREE) as we do not have an auto-renewal system.
If your Premium period has expired but you believe it should still be active, or if there's been any billing confusion, please reach out to us directly at contact@novoresume.com, we'll look into your account and make it right.

Excellent Resume Builder and Supportive for Students
I used Novorésumé to create a professional resume for my university scholarship applications, and it made the process smooth and straightforward. The platform is intuitive, well-designed, and provides templates that help build a polished resume efficiently.
Although Novorésumé has clear Premium policies, I was impressed by their support. As a student with limited financial conditions, I reached out for help, and they kindly upgraded my account for 48 hours so I could download my resume. This shows that Novorésumé genuinely cares about students and others facing financial difficulties.
I felt it was important to write this review because I have seen some comments complaining about their pricing. Based on my experience, I believe Novorésumé deserves recognition for the quality of its service and the thoughtful support they offer. I can personally confirm that this is a real experience I went through.
