I’m honestly still blown away by the work Novo Jackets delivered. They created my 1-of-1 brand jacket, and “stunning” doesn’t even begin to cover it. From the moment I put it on, the fit was absolutely perfect—tailored in a way that feels custom, intentional, and elevated.
The craftsmanship is next-level. The full embroidery is clean, bold, and incredibly detailed, and the patchwork is placed with real thought and precision. Every inch of the jacket feels like it was created with care, not just produced. It’s rare to find a piece that feels this personal and this well-executed at the same time.

The jackets were good quality and the product itself we order yearly.
The communication with the staff was okay, but it was a bit hard to get information from them on what they suggest for treatment and care of the jacket. The leather on the sleeve after years of use somewhat loses its paint coating along seams.

The jacket came and it is amazing. I can't wait to get it to my daughter for her birthday. Her a original jacket was destroyed back in 2013. So this is going to be exciting

Reading all these negative reviews AFTER I have purchased a customized Letterman Jacket I was really nervous... but I am really pleased: From date of purchased to arrival it took only two weeks. Customer service was good and replied quickly. I had zero issues following the process like looking into my mails and confirm the finished Jacket before shipping. Fabric, leather, embroidery and stitching quality ist good and I am very happy with my Jacket. Personally I only can say to buy with confidence if you read and understand how the whole process works!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Absolutely trash customer service. Trash in general. I spent 600 dollars on a jacket that never even came. They just basically made it and said “ok whatever your problem now.” The didnt even care to have it get to me, they didnt even help me at all to get it back. So screw you guys for stealing my money. i do NOT recommend, do NOT buy from them because they will screw you over. Such a waste of money.

I ordered 2 letterman jackets on Jan 25, 2023 and received them both today Feb 9, 2023. These things came out great. Thank you very much.

I never got an email from novo jackets and would like someone to contact me on where my jacket is, It has been pending for months now and I'm trying to figure out why and where it is order #12212 (also have no idea where they sent the email too)

Is this place a scam? I've sent several messages, emails, DM and no response which is extremely frustrating. I would stay away from this site.

I have ordered numerous nylon jackets from Novo. These are high quality jackets that you can custom order. Be very specific about what you want and Novo can build that jacket for you.

DO NOT BUY!!!!!! They will sell you a Lettermans Jacket that doesn't have a removable liner. Without a removable liner you can't have embroidery or patches put on. Waist of Money!!!!!! And when you try and contact customer service, they do not respond.

i’ve ordered a jacket on september 19th & still haven’t received an enail about delivery or anything

I customized two varsity letterman jackets, wool base with cowhide leather sleeves. 16 days after I placed the order, I received a drop box link (make sure you check your spam folder) with a dozen high quality photos of the jackets to preview and approve. I received the jackets via FedEx (got a tracking #, too) four days after I approved for shipping.

The jackets look incredible! Coloring is exactly as I wanted, stitching is very thorough, and the sizing is accurate to what we ordered. My one criticism is that I did a multi color, felt "M" on the front as the main letter. The various points on the layers of the M were a bit frayed, as the sewing was around the base color and not the lining colors. Not sure if this was because of the multi color, or because it was a felt letter.

Overall, great customer service experience, jacket look amazing, and would recommend to others!

The jacket I bought my daughter was PERFECT! Color was correct, embroidery was amazing great leather quality! Customer service answered all of my questions quickly. We couldn't be happier! I was skeptical after reading some reviews but my experience was outstanding! Jacket arrived sooner than anticipated! Will order from Novo Jackets again!

I am extremely impressed with NovoJackets. The quality of their workmanship is very high. The value is extraordinary. Their customer service is exemplary. They made a beautiful varsity jacket for me.

I researched varsity jackets and where to buy them and where everything should go on the jacket as far as name and patches etc.... I looked at a bunch of companies who make the jackets, and started to design my sons jacket on a couple of sites. It was very difficult and decided against ordering from those companies. Then I found Novo jackets and read the reviews and although I have never had any luck ordering from an overseas company I decided to at least see how easy or hard it would be to design the jacket and go from there. Designing the jacket was far easier than the other sites I tried. And I am not sure about the other companies because I never made it that far. But the process with Novo jackets was simple and very organized. Such as they send you pictures of a mock up of your jacket before they produce it so that you are able to see what the jacket will look like before it is produced and shipped. And I am telling you that you can change things a hundred times and there customer service is amazing. All my correspondance was done through email with customer service and I dealt with the same individual every time. Which made it very simple. And I am telling you I made a lot of changes from border color of patches to jacket size and everything in between. And it was never an issue and I always received timely correspondence and very courteous correspondence. I have never had customer service be so simple, polite, and helpful. They dont produce the jacket until you accept the mock up pictures of the jacket which they will email you. Just be sure to open the email and download the pics. Check everything over very carefully and respond. Your jacet will take about 3 weeks to make from this point but shipping only takes about 4 days. But you will need to sign for the jacket when u receive it. Which is a fed ex rule because from overseas. May be a government rule who knows. But know u will have to sign. But I am telling you my experience with this company was fantastic. And the jacket turned out great. I would definitely recommend my friends to order from Novo and anyone else who is looking for a varsity jacket.

Watch out when selecting colors. Same name but different shade when you get products. Wasted $300+. Do not recommend this to anyone!
