It was a catastrophe.
First i order and i don t receive it the day after like you promise. So i was in spain until the 15 april and my order arrive the 17 april. I paid to receive it the 14 april.
My hotel receive it and they post it to France jn Marseille where i live. I paid 58€!!!!!!! I have the bill. So i paid double the price the candle because of your fault and unprofessional and unresponsive.
The client service is a mess too. So i need your reumburse me the 58€ as soon as possible because it s not my problem if your deliver company has a problem. If i know that i never order in my life on your website

The web site is not very usefull: when you are looking to something to buy and you want to personalize it, the web site gives many possibilities but not all of them are corretc for the object. We had to change many times beacuse of it, and lost time.
