A brilliant experience from start to finish. Ben Kehoe is a treasure. He was right there with us every step of the way. His wealth of knowledge and willingness to help, combined with fast reply to emails and superb availability, was a godsend. So happy we found Ben and Octopus Wealth!

Ben was absolutely pinnacle in our experience of buying our first home. He had our backs the entire way through and it was so reassuring to know that we had someone fighting our corner. Ben is extremely knowledgable and was able to get us a great mortgage which not only allowed us to buy a house but have manageable payments to be able to enjoy. No exaggeration, we would not have been able to do this without him.

Octopus were really helpful in buying our first property! Ben was great, really helpful and answered questions quickly and effectively.

Ben Kehoe was fantastic - always available when I needed him, quick to respond and send over info. I had a unique salary situation but Ben took this in his stride and was able to really help me with finding a suitable lender, and getting my application through in record time. When the vendors were having issues with their mortgage, he even offered to get involved and help them - above and beyond!
I've now got my dream house and managed to get through before the stamp duty deadline - highly recommend!

Ben has gone way above and beyond what we could possibly expect from an adviser. Faced with a tight deadline and an unbelievably challenging lender Ben has kept us sane by being on top of the development of our case. He was tenacious in driving progress, creative in finding solutions and proactive in his communication throughout. We feel that he genuinely cares and shares our concerns and excitement. The application process through the online portal wias also easy to use. Having been a customer of L&C and Habito we can say with confidence that we are here to stay and would highly recommend to anyone who needs a mortgage.

Mortgage service

As first time buyers we didn't really know what to expect from a Mortgage broker. We spoke to a few different brokers and in the end the decision was easy. Ben from Octopus Wealth was fantastic throughout, always responsive via email and phone and really helpful in guiding us through the process. 10/10
