Ordered my whisk since 13th March. Still not received and no one is answering the emails. My order is a whizzy whisk and I’ve emailed you twice! If you don’t want a battle with PayPal when I open a case I suggest you move and do something about it. Perhaps read and respond to emails would be a good start to good customer service. Thank you

My veg chopper was out of action because I’d lost a section—thought I’d be chopping like a Victorian forever. Nova UK stepped in with a free replacement, speedy delivery, and friendly emails. Back to blitzing. 10/10 customer care.

I recently ordered a Slice and Dice. Delivered quite quickly but missing two essential parts. When I succeeded in contacting them (they never answer phones, and rarely answer messages or emails) they apologised and said that they would send the missing parts immediately. Since then I have received no parts, and no reply to my messages. It is now nearly a month. The product is good, though not very robust, but I feel that when it comes to the service side this family run business is perhaps out of its depth.

I did experience an issue and couldn’t get hold of the company by phone. However I emailed and received an almost immediate response which is all you can ask for. However I think you need to be able to pick up the phone and talk to someone and the number of the website needs to be current.

I bought a replacement dicer blade for my Nova slicer and dicer. I have no complaints about that.

Why I gave it three stars was because of the packaging it was posted in. The dicer blade wasn’t wrapped in any bubble wrap or cardboard but simply placed in an ordinary white envelope like you get with a greetings card. You could see the impression of the dicer blade through the envelope.

There was no consideration to post office handlers or to myself that this extremely sharp cutting blade could have inflicted serious damage.

Nova needs to look at their risk assessments and consider packaging items like this dicer blade with much greater care for their customers, postal workers and even their own staff.

We love this chopper but you have to be careful how you use it because the blade can easily be damaged. Cuts the vegetables perfectly.

Great service and the carbon cloths are good quality

I purchased a Nova Miracle Whisk from the Ideal Home Exhibition in April 2025 but on using it, the pressure point at the end of the whisk wore through the jug I was using and split it. I contacted Nova UK Customer Services who acknowledged my email and requested photos of the damage. However since sending photos, I have had no further reply and have been ignored despite emailing again.
I would not recommend this company.

Although these are not cheap they are so worth it. I do not use any cleaning products with these and everything turns out sparkling. They clean absolutely anything. My shower glass has never looked so clean. My windows have no smears. Used on car and again amazing result. So pleased and saving on use of cleaning products and better for the environment. Win win!
