This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with, I have sent 5 emails in the last 4 weeks requesting to return the watch and have a refund, so far I have had no response at all.

I’ve sent several emails and tried to contact them, but no one gets back to me. When you spend a lot on a luxury watch you expect at least some basic support. This company definitely fails that.

Like I have kept saying on watchlyx facebook. Nova Swiss watches are the same company as watchlyx. They have the same address, telephone number and registration number. Unfortunately I never received my watch, only fake promises that it is on it way. I had to contact my bank for a charge back and I have reported both companies.

SCAM company my husband ordered a watch…
SCAM company my husband ordered a watch from them on November 22. We never received the watch and tried calling them several times along with emails to them. No response. The message on their voicemail always said they were busy processing orders and to send an email. We are contacting our credit card company to report the fraud.

SCAM! This company is owned by the same people as Watchlyx.com - SH Group. They are a total scam, go look at their reviews over there.
I ordered a Tissot PRX and nothing arrived, I have filed a chargeback with my bank and they’re well aware of this group of scammers.
