The suite was delivered with care and respect

The suite was delivered with care and the two delivery men were courteous and very polite, respectful of property. The suite itself is very well made and fits perfectly in our house.

Happy with sofa/happy with customer service

Bit dubious ordering a sofa without seeing it and with there being no direct contact number and just email and WhatsApp number instead. However ordered anyway. Sofa arrived with a broken leg. I excepted delivery. Delivery company took photos and I then contacted Novara Living via WhatsApp and I was contacted same day and dealt with Michelle who was fantastic advised me a new leg would be posted out which they did and actually sent me 3! I have given full 5 stars due to Michelle who contacted me regularly throughout and made sure everything was ok. Very happy.

Very quick turnaround and prompt

Very quick turnaround and prompt delivery. Great delivery team who unpacked the sofa and took away the boxes. Also they put on shoe coverings which was great.

Amazing Customer Experience

Amazing Customer Experience - we saw Novara Living online and we were sceptical in ordering but when spoke to Charlie, he was very supportive with all my questions. I ordered a few samples and they arrived right away. I then spoke to the sales team again and they went through all dimensions, delivery and warranty. I was super impressed about how they went out their way to give me all the information needed! Couple of weeks later, i was notified about my delivery and they were very good at communicating, assembled the sofa and removed the packaging. Thanks Novara Living
