I ordered a sheepskin coat two months ago and they do not even respond back with any delivery info.
I cancelled today and advised my credit card company.

I have had the same experience, I placed an order on the 25th of October 2019 and have received nothing from Novaplum except a load of emails with false promises. It was a mistake to order from this company, something needs to be done to stop these types kind of scam business from trading. I now note that the company website has disappeared

This is one of the biggest SCAM I ran into online. I ordered a Cowboy Leather jacket on 11/12/19, and as of today (1/03/2020), I still haven't received what I paid $59.45 for. I've been writing emails, but have no response so far.. DON'T buy anything from this Chinese rip-off online sites like NOVAPLUM! It's NOT worth buying stuff from these Facebook vendors especially from foreign Countries like China and other Oriental/Mid East countries. SAVE YOUR MONEY!

Cheap and badly made Chinese sweatshop clothing. They use photos from other legitimate company websites and sell cheap knock-offs. As an example, they claim to sell genuine shearling sheepskin coats and go so far as to post a garment care & cleaning guide for natural shearling, but what they'll send you is crappy man-made/synthetic woven garment that are so badly made you would never buy them if you could see and inspect them first.

Same experience as below, do not buy from this scammer!

This is a scam. I ordered a sheep skin coat, no where close to sheep skin.. A cheap peace of crap !!!! Cant get a reply on returning foe a refund. Don't order from this co.

Nova plum,Nova Owl or whatever they’re calling themselves this week. Same story waited over 90 days, finally after incessant emails I received my order. I opened the package and it was some cheap knock off not even close to the pictures. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY, SAVE YOURSELF THE MONEY AND HEADACHE

Just like all the others...ordered a sheepskin coat in November...got it 40 days later it was a cheap chinese imitation, poorly made, looked nothing like the image shown. Novaplum is clearly a bait and switch scam!

I bought a jacket paid $55 and never got the product. I wrote several Emails and different people wrote back saying they are expediting the order. Two months later and no jacket. I had to dispute the charge on my credit card which I'm monitoring closely. Dont buy from this Chinese company.

I gave it a try and ordered in early November from Facebook. A "shipping" notice was sent with a USPS code, but USPS never received it. I contacted the email address of Novaplum and received a reply that the order was shipped.

Fast forward to December 26th. I arrived home from Christmas, the post office had just received the package from my order. I took it home, opened the extremely light package for a supposed genuine Sheepskin Coat. It smelled funny, looked cheap, only had a small size tag, and I can't figure out what kind of material it is made from. It sure is not anything of leather.

It's a scam. Nothing more. I lost money, but had to see. That's why we have "regulations" in the United States. But those regulations are being cut back or not enforced, all in the name of free trade.

Do not buy nova plum.They are thieves .3 to 5 day shipping over a month.wrong product wrong size.no one to talk to.The law needs to get involved.They are stealing from us.They need to be stopped.

This week they are Buzzmus! SCAM!

I ordered a leather coat... in a 2x. I usually wear a xl but thought I would give myself room. I did receive the coat but the 2x is like a medium. They offered me 19.00 off another item in their website. The coat was over 75.00. I will not order from them again. Lost money.

Ordered sheepskin 15/11. Still waiting delivery. Think it’s a scam

Ordered a leather jacket on 10th November 2019 including an uplift in the price for 5-10 day delivery, still nothing (18/12/19), except two patronising emails telling me to be patient and that my order is being processed.
Horrendous service, never again, looks like I've lost my money, right at Christmas too.

I recently, foolishly purchased an overcoat, through a Facebook ad, from this company.

Paying for expedited delivery (5 - 8 days), after two weeks I still had received nothing. (Purchaed on 11 Nov, arrived 18 Dec... NOT 5 - 8 days in my book!)

Contacting the company, I was given a range of excuses as to why the item hadn't arrived, and was eventually offered iether a $2 or a full refund.

Of course, I opted for the full refund, to be then told that the item had now been shipped. I was also given a tracking site to allow me to follow the shipment.

When the item finally arrived, it wasn't what was advertised, it was a cheap, thin leather substitute, not the design that was pictured and an overall poor quality garment.

I am now following the PayPal resolution proceedure to obtain a refund.

Two lessons learned, don't buy anything through Facebook ads and if it seems too good a deal then it is.

Ordered a jacket with sheepskin and distressed leather. The actual coat was nothing like the photo. Cheap stuff. followed the instructions to request a return and received one email. Still waiting...
Do not buy from this scam company!!

ordered a hat and a coat only received the hat, they say that items have been delivered, they have not delivered the coat and can.t or won't provide tracking info. since seen same coat using same photo on four different web pages on facebook. so take care got to be a SCAM

Ordered two items Nov 10, 2019. One item showed up today ( sweater). The item is made in China with no labels or care labels. But the sweater has a great look and color. The other item is in Pre Sale.. Have to wait and see. Hopefully it’s as nice as the sweater and I’ll be happy. I ordered custom NHL Jerseys from Vietnam a few years ago. It was a month and half wait. But when I got those WOW they are the real deal. So I’ll wait a few more weeks to see. Jury’s Out

Same as all others. Now called Neathot. My guess is if I ever get the merch it will be as bad as the service.
