I purchased my handpan in 2021 & absolutely love it!!! Mine is the Celtic E, blue 9 note! It's very beautiful in sound, the quality is excellent and I want another one!! Playing the handpan has helped me play by ear, and play well with the piano! In my search for the right pan, Novapans was very helpful in my selection of what I was looking for! Get one!! Or two!! You'll love it!!

I love my mini handpan!!! It is the perfect size, great for travel and easy to handle (I’m 5’3”). I’m pleased with the sound and would recommend considering this handpan! They were extremely helpful in my decision making process as well.

I purchased my Novapan around 2 years ago and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience of learning it. The quality of the handpan is amazing, it sounds great and feels much more expensive than it actually was. Novapan are a great company making handpan more accessible to everyone. I would highly recommend.

Price quality is amazing, they have a support which replies fast. And the Handpans are actually really fun to play ! :D I recommend if you look for something worth it's price.

Such a great sounding Handpan. My Nova hand pan B Celtic minor was my intro to the Handpan world and I couldn’t be happier. Definitely in the works of getting one more from them. Plus David has so many great videos to help novice players really get better with their instruments.

Novapans was informative about their selection of handpans and the delivery time. Although, my handoan was delayed they offered a bundle of free practice songs as compensation. As a first time purchaser I was incredibly pleased!

Personally , I can't speak highly of David and his team from NovaPans.
I've be very impressed and inspired following David's passion for this beautiful instrument.

I got got my first handpan in Dm 9note Pentatonic scale and a Gm 9note Pentatonic scale hand made here in Australia, absolutely love them.🥰

My experience with novapans-handpans was good. I ordered my handpan about one year ago. It did take a couple of months to receive my handpan, which was being manufacted based on my order. When the order it did not have a microphone. Use messagner to contact the owner, which is the owner's preferred method. The owner was in frequent contact with me, and even sent me a microphone no cost to me. I later contacted the owner (again by messenger) and asked about the tone. He provided feedback and was in contact with me the entire time. My experience has been a positive one. The owner asked me (through messenger) to contact him with this method. Even when I have had other questions, I have received a fairly quick answer from him (through messenger). I hope this helps. I only have one handpan, so I don't know how mine compares to others, but I am pleased with my handpan. I think I received a good value for the price that I paid. I think the quality is good, and I am pleased with my 12 note D-Kurd Minor Handpan.

I love my handpan!! And they were so nice. I ordered my handpan and there was a problem with the shipping and they were so quick to help resolve everything and it was so great! I love the sound and the quality is superb!

My experience with NovaPans Handpans has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. I ordered a handpan and was told it would ship within a reasonable timeframe. However, after multiple delays and excuses, they canceled my order without issuing a refund. I had to go through the hassle of filing a dispute with my credit card company, as NovaPans claimed they were unable to process the refund due to "technical issues."

Even worse, they asked me to pay again—with a so-called discount—for the same item they failed to deliver. This is absurd, especially when I never received the product in the first place!

Throughout the entire ordeal, their communication was inconsistent and filled with broken promises. They initially said the handpan was ready for shipment, only to later backtrack and ask for more money. This kind of behavior is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam.

I strongly advise anyone considering buying from NovaPans to think twice. Save yourself the trouble and take your business to a more reputable company. This has been a complete waste of time and energy, and I am still waiting to resolve the payment issue through my bank. Absolutely unacceptable.

I ordered a handpan a few months ago, I had some issues at first with customer service and the bad communication, but then multiple times I spoke to David (the founder of Novapans) and honestly I am pleased with the way David handled everything. My handpan arrived in brilliant condition, the quality is AMAZING! The sound is beautiful and looks well-made! I highly recommend Novapans! If you struggle with email communication just message Novapans on Facebook and honestly with a little patience and faith you will receive your order and you will love it! If you are a beginner Novapans have free lessons to get you started with the basics. Infinite gratitude to David for handling my order with care and great communication! Thank you! :))

This is my second Handpan with Novapan and I couldn’t be much happier!
I order back in January my first Handpan and on June I made my second purchase, which I just received yesterday! It’s truly an amazing Handpan the shipping and handling takes time as these are make to order and I understand the time it takes to make one, over all even shipping was amazing and it came in such good care! If I could post a video here I would!
The sound on both instruments is amazing from my E Kurt to my Hijaz! I love them both!
