We can confirm that your refund has already been processed ✅ If you have not yet received it, we recommend waiting a little longer as the time it takes can vary depending on your bank.

Our manager will send you a confirmation receipt of the transaction today. The refund process involves coordination across several departments, which can make it more complex. As we inform our clients, the refund process can take up to 14 days.

We’ve reviewed your recent lessons and noticed that one of them was indeed disrupted due to technical issues on the student’s side, resulting in a loss of 4 minutes. To ensure your experience with our school remains positive, we have credited that lesson back to your account ✅

We’re also sending you technical recommendations to help prevent similar issues in the future:
✔ Refresh the page if you do not see/hear the teacher (you can
use the keyboard shortcut Ctrl + F5);
✔ Reboot the Wi-Fi router. Try to find a place where the Wi-Fi signal is stronger;
✔ Make sure that during the lesson third-party programs (Skype, torrents) are disabled.

We understand how frustrating it can be to encounter discrepancies in transactions and are here to help resolve this issue. Upon checking our records, we see that the amount received by Novakid is 23,142.91 TL. Some banks transfer the withdrawn amount to Novakid in dollars and charge a commission for this conversion, which can sometimes result in a higher amount being reflected on your statement.

Firstly, we kindly request you to approach your bank and request a refund for this commission difference. If your bank does not provide a satisfactory response, we are more than willing to add a bonus equal to the difference to your Novakid account to help offset the discrepancy.

Additionally, our refund manager is already in touch with you, and we assure you that we will do our best to expedite the refund process.

We understand your concerns regarding the pricing differences between Standard and Premium teachers. We do not hide this information; it is clearly displayed both on our website and in the payment window. Our goal is to ensure transparency and help you make informed decisions.

Regarding the time slot availability, teachers from around the world have open slots during the most popular hours. To make scheduling easier, you might consider adding a second regular teacher for your child. This way, your child can get accustomed to another teacher, and you can alternate lessons, making it easier to find suitable time slots.

Additionally, in the scheduling window, there is a button that allows you to request a teacher to open a specific time slot for a one-time lesson. Our teachers are usually very accommodating to these requests, so we encourage you to give it a try.
