İ found this application late but İ am so happy that my daughter broke her walls against English..

We are new members of novakid. In 1 week, 2 of our lessons were cancelled by the teacher. This is a very sad situation. We chose the times when the teacher was available for 8 lessons. The lessons were still cancelled. Will this situation continue like this?

We have been taking lessons for our two children for about 4 years, and we are very satisfied. One of the great advantages is the opportunity to work with teachers who match your child's personality. The teachers are aware of the challenges of online education and make an effort to keep the children engaged. The curriculum, along with the games and videos provided after the lessons, is highly effective. Additionally, doing preliminary work with slides before the lessons has made the sessions much more productive. I highly recommend it

Teachers are specialist on their subject, and know how teach for kids. its possible study with same tutor continuously

Our teacher, from whom we take a lesson, is wonderful. My child loves to attend classes and has fun while learning. But personally, I expressed my complaint about an issue, I still didn't get a solution-oriented response. Although I've been writing to customer service for 2 days (reminding me that I'm waiting for a return), there is no response to my messages, I complain about communication.

The lessons are very enjoyable for my daughter and we are very pleased. We just have a hard time finding lessons with the same teacher and fitting them into our own schedule.

We are glad to meet novakid. Teachers are friendly and patient. They try their best to make the student understand the lesson. Also the app is easy to use. Planing the lessons and if necessary changing the date or time is possible. This makes us happy because we can make the environment better for our child. Exercise pages are enjoyable. We made few lessons with our teacher Melphy and it was awesome. My daughter loves the lessons so far. And nova kids team is so helpful in everything.

My daughter is currently shy in classes. I think he will actively participate as the lessons progress. Our teacher does his best to ensure active participation in the lesson. It is very good to reinforce it thanks to after-class activities and homework.
