Ordered my coat a month ago and not seen it yet. Contacted customer service and they said my coat was drlivered in mailbox. My mailbox is not big enough.
It never came. I strongly suggest you do not buy. Very risky and crappy customer service. Just lies

Never received the item
Ordered a coat in October. Delivery time stated 10-20 days. After a month I contacted them, they responded promptly and politely but said they didn't know when it would be dispatched. After another week I emailed and got the same quick, polite reply.
After a further 2 weeks I requested a refund and got no response, this happened twice.
Fortunately I had paid via PayPal so I requested a refund via PayPal and got it within hours.

I ordered my coat since the beginning of November it’s now December 3 and it’s ways past 20 days I’m getting real angry and they don’t even let you know when your receiving your item but has no problem taking our money I’m very upset

Bad customer service, slow or even no delivery, online they promised 10 up till 20day for delivery after 26 days order is still not send out. If you get in contact they ask you to be patience but can’t do any promises of estimation delivery time and when the supplier issue will be sorted out. This feels like scamming.
