Fantastic support from staff
A few months ago, I encountered a problem with the software installed on our computer to interpret the wagon downloads. I did wonder if something was wrong with one of the tachograph units in one of the wagons. It made no sense as it had downloaded every time since we had upgraded the software to Gen4. However, despite the VDU saying the wagon's tachograph had downloaded, the software would not import the file. Before sending the wagon to have its tachograph recalibrated, I thought that I would contact the team at Novadata in case it was something I was doing wrong. The two staff who helped me were brilliant. Over the best part of two weeks they helped me to resolve what was not working. They were patient and systematic and eventually resolved the issue for me so the software will interpret the digital tachographs. I am grateful for their help and support.
