State alla larga

Acquisto stamattina un iPhone 17, scrivendo prima al supporto per assicurarmi che avrebbero spedito in giornata essendo senza telefono. Confermano, procedo al pagamento e ricevo mail con il tracking GLS.
Dopo circa un’ora, SENZA NESSUNA RICHIESTA NÈ CONTATTO, mi scrivono da un indirizzo noreplay che combinazione il magazziniere ha fatto cadere il telefono confezionandolo e lo ha distrutto e che hanno proceduto al rimborso, senza neppure degnarsi di chiedermi, sapendo dell’urgenza di averlo, se fosse andato bene un altro colore disponibile.
Ovviamente ora ci vuole qualche giorno perché i soldi tornino indietro e non ho quindi più la disponibilità economica manco volendo per procedere ad un nuovo acquisto…
PS: guarda caso ora i prezzi sono aumentati di 20€….
