I've had the Novaa Light Pad and used it diligently for a couple weeks now. It does indeed appear to be quite powerful, but it's too soon for me to expect results. At full power, it does become quite warm. But it's manageable. I'd rather have it be warm than ineffective. The shipping company selected, Cirro, is definitely substandard in today's world. At the price paid, is UPS or FedEx really too much to ask?

Device failed after a few months and your replacement process of guessing what the issue might be and shipping one piece at a time via snail mail has caused us to be without our device for nearly a month. I just hope this next part gets us back working. I can’t recommend the product without making it clear that if the device fails it will be a long painful process to get working again. We are still not working and would have to wait another 1 or 2 weeks before the last part that hasn’t been replaced to be mailed out. I don’t understand how Novaalab can have such a great product when it’s working and such horrible service after the sale.
Updated to a 4 instead of 2 based on process to resolve is still inconvenient and I don’t understand why they don’t ship both parts (controller and power pack) and include return label for the item not required and make it billable if not returned. This way the customer doesn’t have to wait multiple weeks or more when first item doesn’t solve the issue. This problem appears to date back to at least 2024 so I don’t think the customer should have to wait so long before solving. Additionally, the product is very effective when working and after comparing to competitors Novaalab still has the best red light therapy devices by far. That said, I couldn’t bring myself to use a lesser product even though the Novalaab replacement process is not customer friendly. I just ordered an additional device and look forward to receiving it as well as looking forward to getting the power pack replacement and getting my current device back up and running.

We search reviews when purchasing items on-line. NovaaLab had excellent reviews and results from people with real concerns. There products NanoMeters range from 600-900NM which delivers more than many brands.
We discovered it is a small business MADE IN THE USA, unlike most of our other searches where the items were made in another country. That is worth much to us. When we saw the FDA approved, we knew it was up to USA standards. We have owned 5 items now from NovaaLab over the last three years. All of them have proven true to helping with an ailment (joints and muscles from Lupus improved, pins and needles from Neuropathy in my diabetic feet gone!!, circulation improved, spine surgery pain relieved, daughter's "cramps" so much improved, husband's open heart surgery with no pain afterwards thanks to the red light therapy relieving chest muscles, arthritic fingers working again, grandson's anxiety gone using medication and red light, shoulder pain from a pulled muscle: gone, etc.) I have an infection in my gums. Today I purchased the "gum and dental care red light therapy" from NovaaLab, that my dentist recommended. I'll review that after I try it, but I am hopeful.
On one item, the cord got bent (I sat on it )and it came apart. We called their service department, showed a photo of the problem, within a week we were sent a new one (which after a year is working fine, I no longer sit on it!) NovaaLab products may cost more than foreign country made products but after our experiences with this brand, we can't say enough good about what they make and their service department.
We were not sent any items free to review; just honest praise from seeing results.

I have been using my knee wrap for 8 months every day. Its made a huge difference as Im eligible for a double knee replacement but avoiding it like the plague. When I had an issue with the power pack, I reached out to Novaalab and they were onto it immediately. Their customer service is impressive. As is the knee wrap.🙂

The delivery was fairly quick, and was packaged very well.
I have only been using this for five days,so too early to see any positives results ,
I bought this product as a result of the positive reviews and statements online. I have osteoarthritis in both knees and will try everything to help me avoid a knee replacement.
