Those popular dog balloon lamps are popping up everywhere so i decided to get on through Facebook on Aug 12. The item never shipped after a week. Customer service said theyre working on it. 4 days later, nothing. Asked for a refund and they quickly said ok. One more follow up and still no refund. Its now Sept 12 and nothing. i dont know one company out there that takes 1 month to ship/refund an order. At any rate, dont order anything from them. They are on shopify so I'll be reporting to them as well.
