Texture Powder
I won the texture powder from a giveaway, I tried it and it was AMAZING. I also gave it to my friend who has flat asian hair and he LOVED it. I definitely recommend this.

Had a little problem where the schampoo n conditioner weren’t discounted in checkout but Steve sorted the issue out in a couple hours and sent back the money which were supposed to be discounted for when i first bought the products. So very helpful and was quick with the replies

Great products
Great products. Specifically use the hair balm and beard oil. They leave a natural look to my beard and hair and don’t feel cheap or don’t sit heavy.

Our peppermint and eucalyptus blend definitely has a different scent profile compared to Based because we use real organic essential oils rather than synthetic fragrance. Natural oils have a softer, more earthy aroma instead of that sharp, artificial minty punch most brands use.
As for the shipping, I appreciate you mentioning that. We’ve been improving our logistics a lot, and I’m glad everything still arrived in good shape.

Products work pretty well
Products work pretty well. Been using the shampoo/conditioner since April and it’s helped with my dry scalp. However on occasion(every other month) I would have to put a moisturizing oil after showering because it would dry out my scalp a little. Otherwise I highly recommend

Never a problem
The website is easy to navigate and purchase what you need. Never had a problem. Plus I really love the products, so even if there was a bit of an issue with the website I still think it would be worth it.
