I was in need of urgent pet care due to my son having a stroke.
I poled up to his door on a Sunday lunchtime asking for help, with no hesitation Neil took my dog in.
We exchanged phone numbers and I left to go to the hospital.
Within a hour I received a video of my dog playing with all the others.
Every day that my dog was there Neil communicated with messages and pictures of him playing or sleeping.
In all my 50 plus years of having pets I have never met a person like Neil who cares so mutch about the pets he is looking after.
On my way home with my dog he started to wimper as though he was missing his visit with Neil.
My dog stayed with him for four days.
This guy should be given knight hood

I often use Neil for my pet care and I would highly recommend, always professional and has very reasonable prices.

Neil is the most caring man I know he truely loves animals my teddy loved his time with neil I wouldn't let teddy go any where else

Neil really cares about the dogs he looks after and makes a big effort to send photos and videos and updates to owners, which is so appreciated. He is friendly and flexible and my dog is always so happy to go to daycare with Neil and exhausted after a day of playing. Neil has lots of great toys and things like sandpits and doggy gym things in his garden for the dogs to enjoy. Couldn't recommend him enough!

I would highly recommend Nottingham Pet Care. My dog Simba has been to stay several times, either for a few nights or for a longer period of time since he was a young puppy and he always has a great time. He gets lots of exercise both through walks and play time with the other dogs, and there are plenty of toys and chews for him to play with too- he gets super excited when I drop him off!

Neil is very flexible with timings and always does his best to accommodate my schedule. The level of care and communication is excellent and Neil gives regular updates whilst I'm away to ensure my peace of mind. I will definitely continue to use him for future trips!

Our dog has been going to Nottingham Pet Care for weekly daycare since April, and he absolutely loves it! Every time we turn onto the road, he cries with excitement and eagerly pulls me towards the door. This has given me such peace of mind, knowing how much he enjoys his visits.

Neil is fantastic— friendly, reliable, and it’s clear that he genuinely cares about the dogs. He keeps me updated with photos from their walkies and play time, always making sure the dogs have a great time. Our cocker spaniel (who has a lot of energy) always comes home happy and exhausted from a day full of fun.

Nelly absolutely loves going to day care at Neil’s once a week. She jumps out of the car and can’t wait to get inside. Neil sends lovely photo updates of her and her friends at daycare. 10/10 can’t recommend enough!

Neil is always great with our dog, he's kind and accommodating, and has been so great with helping us with him, especially when we were first settling him in. Mack is always excited and pleased to see Neil.

Neil is great, I occasionally pick up and drop off my daughters dog for daycare. She can't wait to get in and play and on the pick-up I am always greeted by her and her besties. We recieve fantastic pictures of them playing through the day.

Brilliant! My puppy has been going to doggy daycare for over 6months, 1-2 days a week and loves it. I am always kept informed of her progress and days antics. Nothing is too much and the genuine care she receives is heartwarming. Would definitely recommend.

Our dog Daisy loves going to Neil and is always keen to go in. He is flexible and we use both regular day care and occasional boarding when we are away.

First time leaving 4 month puppy shiba inu as had a holiday booked prior to getting her. Neil knew just how to handle her and put our minds at rest. We were away 7 nights but he sent regular updates and photos and had plenty of treats and toys. We felt very reassured that we were leaving her in expert hands.

Neil came to feed and give medication to our cats whilst we were away. He kept us updated and sent us photos which was a lovely touch to know he was fussing and playing with them. Will definitely be using again when we go away.

I know that my cat will be looked after really well with lots of fuss. Fabulous and trustworthy service. She is given her medication daily and is always content. I feel really happy with Neil looking after my princess!

If any dog is going to be eaten it would have been mine, she is hairless, so no plucking required. As it happens Maya always seems to have a lot of fun with Neil and the other friendly dogs. She always comes back very calm and happy. I have only positive comments.

Neil is fantastic with our dog. She pulls like crazy getting out of the car when we arrive there! She has a great time, is so well looked after, and it’s wonderful to get updates, too. Highly recommend!

Left my dog Thor here for a week it was lovely to get picture up dates on how he was getting on he seemed to be having a great time would definitely recommend Neil very happy customer

We left our 3 dogs ( 2 cavaliers and a retriever) with Neil at Nottingham Pet Care and were highly pleased with the service. It was a safe relaxing environment for the dogs and we received regular updates and photos of them during their stay.
