I placed two separate orders with this company and only received one order. They were quick enough to take the money from my account! The customer service I received when I complained was not acceptable. I still have no order and find myself £20 out of pocket. At no point was I ever offered a replacement and no refund. I will not order from this site again and strongly advise others to avoid. I was made to feel like it was my fault the package never turned up! If I could give zero stars, I would. My order was a Christmas present so had to go out and buy a replacement myself. So I'm actually £40 out of pocket.

Only recently discovered this website/company. It does have a nice selection of items. Was looking for a nice passport cover and found just what I was looking for as well as other items.

Delivery was surprisingly fast too.

As above! Contacted as ordered item wasn't in stock and may have taken 30 days. Super customer service!

One item on my order is no longer available, but a very nice gentleman phone to tell me that and to offer alternatives. Thank you for that, there was no hurry but it did take the 'bother' out of waiting for new stock / choosing something else etc. The goods were packaged well and sent quickly and are exactly as expected. Highly recommended.

We ordered a large number of items for a company event. I received a phone call to inform me that all the items might not immediately be available but that I would be kept informed. Everything arrived within the next few days, all in perfect order.

Good service,was kept up to date on the progress of my order, I would deal with Not The Usual again.

I was really pleased with the choice of gift ideas. An item I ordered was not in stock but I was contacted immediately and asked if I minded waiting a few days until stock came in. All items arrived in order and I'm really pleased with them.
Will definitely check out the website again.

Needing a present for my grandaughter who is about to go on a gap year, was delighted to find what I was looking for, but was sad to receive a very polite telephone call to be told they had not any in stock.

Customer service superb - both items not available at once, got a phone call and arranged for them to be shipped separately ... they both arrived in plenty of time.
Document holder is lovely - looks just like it did on the web site, has plenty of room to hold passport, tickets etc very pleased with it!
The earphone holder is very sweet - and will keep the earphones nice and tidy.
