Dårlig service

Jeg bestilte et produkt hos dem, men hørte ikke fra dem i tre uger. Da jeg ringede til dem, var ham, som jeg havde snakket med, stoppet, og ingen vidste om en bestilling. De fik bestilt produktet, men da jeg efterspurgte kompensation sagde han nej. Da jeg ville gå i dialog herom, bad sælgeren kontakte reservedele. Jeg forsøgte flere gange på sms at få kontakt uden held. Da jeg ringede til dem, ville de vende tilbage, hvilket de efter halvanden uge endnu ikke har gjort. Overstående har stået på fra oktober til januar.
