The site has plenty of products with his price. But I bought over a thousand kr worth of items, there is no free shipping nor discount on shipping. If I can find the same product with free shipping I will shop else where.

Here i always get what i want. And prices are amazing good. Smthms get some gifts🤩

Don’t buy from notino.se..! Waste of money. The perfume quality is so bad. No return policy from Sweden. You have to pay return shipping directly to their address and after they decide if they are going to refund you or not…!

köp aldrig varor som kanske behöver reklameras eller returneras!!!! Deras returpolicy är värdelöst. Jag lyckades att köpa mundush. Fick skakande skit, värsta kinesisk kvalitet man kan hitta på nätet. Totalt icke fungerade. Försökte reklamera.
Det går inte helt enkelt… behåll allt du köper..
Du betalar själv för retur som ska till Danmark. Ligger på 354 kr.

Do not recommend to buy at all.
Your money will be wasted twice pence when you buy another when you want return.
Return policy in Sweden is very bad. Can’t expect from a company in Sweden. They are unfair and liar about the return system.
If you need to return you have to pay the full Postnord price.

I shopped Yankeecandle lights and for a good price!
The delivery was very fast and the package was treated with love!
So much plastic around so that nonthing would break!

The perfumes are fake so I sent them back to the door as they tell you to do, I payed a lot of money just to do that, they don’t pick up the package so now the package is at a office and they don’t pick it up there either. I have called them 100 times and nobody takes responsibility.
Also the website tells you to return in a different way than what they say over the phone. And the address is a private home address
Do not order from them they are horrible

Notino.se has always been a trustworthy site for paying all my perfumes, all perfumes are original and the best quality. The delivery is prompt without delay, It is recommended for anyone who wants satisfaction to give it a try.

Very efficient and I was very happy with what I ordered.

Sells knock off products. I bought a Victoria’s Secret body mist which did not smell as it should (smells literally like garbage). Anyways I contacted them explaining the smell was weird and they only offered me a voucher for half of the price I paid for the spray. BUT then I realized it was actually a knock off, so now I’m in touch with them about the false advertising….
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I would happily give them zero star, if it was possible, the most crooked, uncaring company out there, if you have a problem with their products, or they're fake, or worst still have a nasty allergy, Notino takes no responsibility for it and won't accept items back!! They just want your money and sell you rubbish, stay clear if you don't want stress in your life, worst experience in my life, I'm 46 and buy lots of cosmetics and perfumes from many companies. Never had the stress and issues that I had with Notino. Allbeauty.com all the way never again will I buy from Notino!!!

FAKE BOSS DEO STICKS AND AFTERSHAVE
Bought my regular Boss deosticks and IT does not even have the same color or scent as the original. Same with aftershave. Wrong color, stings on my hand and smell like bad alcohol. Not even close to the true fragrance.
DO NOT EVER BUY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY!

I returned an item, and I must have read the return details wrong because it says they refund the return shipping, if returned in a certain amount of time and use a certain delivery service.
So I spend a.lot of money returning an item. After being very annoyed, I contacted them. Only to get passive aggressive customer service. He blamed it on me. Said they don not refund the shipping.
After a back and forth, I'm clearly angry. After basically spending the same amount on shipping as the product I was returning.
So I just gave them money.
Change your wording under the return policy. It is confusing.
And no sincerity from the customer service. No coupon code to say sorry. Just blame.
I have since boycotted this website. And am livid, knowing I basically have them a bunch of money for nothing. I would have just kept the product if I knew.
Such A-holes in my opinion.

Applies eco-packaging automatically then won't remove it!

I've ordered several items from Notino before but I've always unchecked the 'Eco-packaging' charge which is nothing more than a con to attempt to get the customer to pay for packing.

This time my order went through and the box for packaging, which is automatically applied by Notino (and it shouldn't be), was ticked to apply the charge.

I contacted Notino immediately (within minutes) of placing my order and requested a refund for the packing charge as I mistakenly didn't remove it in time.

Today Linda from Notino replied and stated 'I would love to help you with this' but that it wasn't possible to remove the 'eco-packaging' charge from my order.

However, it is possible for Notino to apply this mandatory charge and ignore a customer's choice to apply it if they wanted to pay for the packaging.

Well it's my choice to use Notino and I won't ever shop with this company again, and the order I've placed will be uncollected and returned.

STOP applying packaging charges automatically and instead allow customers to choose if they want to pay extra for this service!
