Buy 800 pln worth perfumes and they will not give you a single tester:)

I have ordered products from Notino many times and was satisfied, but this time I was very disappointed by the service! I placed an order on Tuesday, which I was supposed to receive on Thursday (12.09), but having not received anything, I contacted the customer service center, where I was assured that they would send the parcel on the same day and I would receive it the next morning. Nothing was sent and I did not receive the ordered goods.
It was very important for me to receive this parcel within the specified time. If I had known that it was impossible to count on Notino and that all the terms specified when ordering were complete lies, I would have ordered everything from another store and would have received the necessary goods a long time ago. I am very, very dissatisfied and will never order anything from you again!!!

I have never been disappointed with Notino, even the slightest. They have always processed my returns with no issues. I don't know if there's any other place where you can literally open a perfume, try it out and get a 100% refund once you return it. The range of the perfumes is extremely wide and the prices with coupons applied can't be beaten.

Notino.pl is breaking polish law - the right of the consumer to return the products and receive the money in 14 days after the statement of returning the product. They give back the money in 14 next days after receiving the product not the statement, even if the consumer already returned the product - this is against the law!

I visited your store, while on holiday with my husband. We went to your store in Forum and thought that we found a place with very good prices on perfumes.
While checking out, the cashier took out several samples and put in the bag with the purchased items and then she brought out a toothbrush for kids. We didn’t think any of it until I looked at the receipt the day after. Keep in mind, that we never asked for a toothbrush and we didn’t bring our kids along with us, so she would never know that we actually had kids.
Why were we charged with a toothbrush, when we never even wanted one? And never asked for one?
I think it’s scamming the tourists and if my husband ever travels here with work again, I will make sure, that neither her nor his colleagues will ever visit your store.
It may not be a big amount, but it is the fact that she hustled an extra amount, only for the benefit of herself and never once made us aware of the fact, that we had to pay for it.
