Customer service does not speak English well. Return is a hassle. And I need to pay the postal fee to send the package from Finland to Denmark which is really non-sense when it costs around 20 euros.

I ordered Pyunkang yul essence toner and received a fake. What a disappointment and waste of money.

I ordered 2 times different things…
I ordered 2 times different things including perfumes, first time i thaught the perfume didn't smell same as original, i asked to return but they refused to pay shipping costs back which is pretty much almost same cost as perfume, so i let it pass. Second time I order a perfume kit that i wore for years, and definitely wasn't same smell at all... so then i think they sell fakes... useless to return since i will be paying return back which from Finland is quite expensive.
