I have just received a damaged/ opened parcel.
Port Nord does not claim the damage and it points me towards the seller, Notion.dk.

As a matter of principle, a fully open parcel is not acceptable.

Parcel damaged and was recorded damaged by the post office. This company procrastinated over a refund trying to give part of the price. Then asked for my bank details when I paid by paypal. Then they tried to offer a voucher. I did eventually get my money back from paypal but I would never use this company again

I've generally had positive experiences with Notino. While the variety could be broader and the return shipping can be expensive, my purchases have always arrived quickly and in perfect condition. The products are genuine, and I've never faced any issues over the years. It's a reliable site for buying fragrances, and I will likely continue to shop here. Overall, a solid 4-star experience.

Good products. I hope next time when we will get free delivery. I have only this expectation.

I would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a parcel over a week ago, and it never arrived. I've contacted customer service multiple times, but they have been completely unhelpful and dismissive. Despite providing all the necessary details, they refuse to issue a refund or resolve the issue. I've been emailing back and forth for more than a week with no progress. This company clearly doesn’t care about its customers. Avoid Notino at all costs!

Faster delivery

The website need some improvement, when you use search bar it get stuck and you need to refresh and you are at the top again. If you go to see something and you go back ,again you are at the top 😡. But the products and the prices are the best,you can find alots of stuff,cheap, expensive, tiktok viral, if isn't today give some time and you will find it

Amazing, cheap and goood offers

I love shopping at Notino because it has so many different brands that normally I wouldn't be able to easily find in Denmark. Also the prices are good and it delivers to where it is convenient for me.

I ordered , by mistake the wrong mermaid hair curler- I needed the 25 mm but ordered 32 mm. I wrote to you by mail to ask if it’s really true that I have to pay 200 danish krones to send it back to you. You wrote that it shouldn’t cost more than 50dkk - But it does. I talked to PostNord and GLS! It’s so bad costumer service that you don’t have return labels. The shipping for returns is very expensive and i Will never buy from you again after this experience-maybe you don’t care But I want to warn other costumers.

Quick purchase but the variety could be broader/larger.
They also do not accept all types of Klarna payment which could be bothersome.

Avoid this company and do not purchase from thier online store. My parcel was not delivered. I raised issue with costumer service- after two weeks awaiting for response, they inform me that " technicaly" it was delivered..sp l will not get replacement.They totally ignoring informations what you forwarding to costumer service. I never been so dissapointer with any other company selling beauty products as l ordered expensive perfume - 4 bottles and now l stayed with nothing. They not processing refunds- so you eont get your many as well.. Not worth stress, you will only lose your money

Schocking customer service, received my items completely destroyed, not acceptable. No real resolution from the company, appalling.

Received my fragrances, everything is great, nicely packaged and 100% authentic. Notino is one of the best (if not the best) online fragrance retailers. Buy with peace of mind.

Great experience. I was a bit nervous after reading some of the negative reviews here, but both perfumes I ordered were 100% genuine, came in the original box, and were all sealed, etc. It also arrived in 2 days so my personal experience was great. I sure will come back.
