I already wrote my frustration to your team regarding sending options. You don't have the option to pick up from the shop and then even on a high amount order, I need to pay the delivery fee. And of course, I have to choose the expensive one (Post) as the other are losing my goods.
This is the reason to stop ordering via Notino. As I try to make a new order, I have the same problem.

The notino.at is very good seller, has wide range of products with very good prices and offers. Also their delivery times are super, im fully sutisfied and will order again.

you need to start checking the delivery service. when ordering they say one delivery date, and in the end they deliver 3 days later or they don't deliver at all like me. I'm very angry. I'm always at home waiting for the package and in the end I get a message saying they didn't find me. terrible experience!!!

I would have given zero stars if possible. La Roche Posay is a brand wich respects itself. I received product from notino wrapped in a bubble wrap. This brand's products are sold sealed.

I love Notino. I just don't like they introduced a tax for picking up orders from their shop. This used to be free. That's why only 4 stars.

Got an Email that if your oder Mac products you get a cosmetic bag for free, made order immediately. Ofcourse I didnt get the bag. Is this site a scam? Really dissapointed, do not recommend buying from here, as they are misleading

I often order from Notino and am a satisfied customer with regards to the products and prices, but I dread going to the store for pick ups because the staff at Donauzentrum are very unfriendly. They always appear to be in a bad mood and are not at all helpful when approached.
I feel very unwelcome at the store , but only go there to avoid packaging and posting.

I have already ordered products several time and each time had a good experience. The delivery is speedy and the company even offers you environmentally friendly package.

Straightforward order placement. I opted picking up my ordered items from their shop. Order was delivered as announced. Just not sure why I had to enter some data in a terminal at the entrance of the shop and the shop could not dispose of a pick-up station where everything is being done by staff. Overall, positive experience and definetely to use again.

My pick up was very quick, hardly waited 5 minutes. Compared to my first experience was horrible, the queue extended to the door. However, both times the assistants were friendly and professional.

I've ordered several times and my order always arrived on time and in great condition.
