Poor customer service

I am writing to tell everyone to not shop with this company and if you have pray you don’t have a problem for them to solve for you. I have sent some phones back with their return label and I now feel like I have been robbed it’s been almost 2 months since my return and I have not received my money back I’ve even sent proof of return with pictures of the package and label and they told me they have not received anything and they have me running in circles like a clown.

Customer does not care and has not initiative to solve my issues

I ordered the Nothing Ear from Amazon…

I ordered the Nothing Ear from Amazon and wow I’m super impressed. My only critique is that they’re a bit big for my ears, but that’s cause my ear canals aren’t big, even with their ‘smaller’ ear tip it’s still a LITTLE uncomfortable.

I had no idea what to buy, usually I’d go for AirPods because they’re the easiest to go for without any research but Lord they’re just poor, useless overpriced earphones.

Anyway, if we talk about sound quality of these Nothing Ears - I am an audiophile and these are it. They’re perfect, battery life amazing. The bass has diamond clarity and you can hear absolutely everything the artist wanted you to hear when they recorded it. For £120 I promise you won’t get more than what these offer.

I am writing to express my absolute disgust with your abysmal customer service. I raised an issue regarding the charger for my Nothing Watch on 29/12/2024, and here I am, over three weeks later, with no resolution, This level of incompetence is outrageous and completely unacceptable.

Your brand claims to stand for innovation and excellence, but this experience has proven that Nothing stands for nothing when it comes to customer care. The sheer lack of urgency, transparency, and basic decency in addressing my issue is an insult to your customers. Do you think people have endless patience to endure such neglect?

Let me be clear: your failure to resolve such a basic issue is not only disappointing, it is a complete disgrace. I have wasted enough time waiting for you to take action, and I am done tolerating this farce.

I demand an immediate resolution within 48 hours, including a replacement charger or a full refund for the watch. If you fail to address this, I will escalate my complaint publicly on every platform available, lodge formal grievances with consumer protection authorities, and pursue legal action if necessary.

Your lack of professionalism is appalling, and your inability to resolve such a simple issue speaks volumes about your company’s priorities. Fix this now, or I assure you, your reputation will take a hit far worse than you seem to imagine.

Awful smartwatch, worse service

Bought a CMF smartwatch, which was advertised as being excellent… but when it arrived the functionality was much poorer than the Fitbit it replaced. I contacted customer services for a refund, and their response was to look helpful, without actually providing any help. Avoid.

Poor After-Sales Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with the after-sales service. My messages were completely ignored, and it took an incredibly long time to get a response. The refund process was frustratingly slow, and I had to follow up multiple times without any satisfactory resolution. This has been a very poor experience overall, and I will think twice before making another purchase. Still no refund...

I bought some Nothing Ear (a)…

I bought some Nothing Ear (a) headphones as a replacement to my Apple Air Pods. My Air Pods were free and I’ve had them for about three years but lost them. Not interested in replacing them for so much money. The Nothing Ear headphones read like a well priced alternative and I’m really f&@king pleased with them. Battery lasts ages. Sound is as good as Apple. No negatives at the moment. Really happy!

Nightmare of a company

Nightmare of a company! I ordered a watch on November 22nd to give as a Christmas gift. The product was marked as delivered but I never got it. Got in touch with them and it’s been a month already, lots of emails and calls, they don’t do anything about it! They told me to file a police report (as a company protocol) which I did and their only answer is “We are processing it” and nothing ever happens! First and last time buying from them, HUGE nightmare!!!

Excellent service

Ordered the CMF Buds Pro 2 and arrived in 3 days, very impressive given that it is the holiday season and shipping is often delayed. The sound and noise cancellation are very good given the price point. The bud case dial is a cool feature that I have not seen on other brands, and it even has many customization options. The app is packed with features which I will have to play around with. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and service and will surely buy other products in the near future.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not buy from this company! It's basically a scam - you will never get anywhere with their 'customer service' if you have a problem, You'll just be told to wait as it's with the relevant deparment, but nothing happens. No one solves anything. So many phone calls and emails over 2 months, and nothing resolved. Ended up having to raise a retail dispute with bank and reporting to trading standards. They are inept.

Avoid at all costs

Avoid at all costs. My head phones never arrived. They asked me to wait 30 days to investigate. After 35 days I contacted them again and they never replied, after 40 days I contacted them again and they told me to do a charge back with my bank. My bank said I’ve left it to long so it’s a scam.

Bought a 2A plus phone

Bought a 2A plus phone, delivery 3-5 days. Phoned the helpline a week later to be told they don't have any in stock. Isn't it illegal to sell something they don't have? No clear guarantee when I will receive it, multiple auto email to confirm they can close my helpline ticket. In the end I've got no where so just had to cancel my order. I won't be buying from them again. And I got to wait for a refund. Would give zero if I could.

i have already sent THIRTEEN e-mails…

i have already sent THIRTEEN e-mails and still have not received my money back in full. Thirteen, in which i was supposed to upload photos and invoices that were completely superfluous. At amazon I sometimes get my money back before i have even sent the package to them and here i have to start a part-time job to fulfill the requests of the “customer service”. I find this absolutely dubious and customer-unfriendly. I will never buy anything from Nothing again.

Buds don't fit, impossible return, AVOID

I ordered the Buds Pro 2, which kept falling out. They tried to charge 20€ for return shipping and refused to let me use my own label (8€). I've had to open a PayPal case for them to literally obey the law and returned them after messaging their fulfillment contractor. They're now ghosting me and not refunding my money after over a month. I've had to forward the case to PayPal.

Thieves

I ordered a smart watch and ear buds from the company as a gift. They weren't quite what I wanted so I chose to return them. This was very complicated. I had to ring customer service to get an RMA number. Then complete a form to see if I could return the items. After this I heard nothing for several days so recontacted customer service who tried to fib me off. I escalated this to a manager who had the shipping label sent two days later. I returned the items and the watch was refunded but not the ear buds. I contacted Nothing to find out why and they sent me another RMA number. At this point, they have the items and my money which is theft. I will be reporting them to trading standards. Very poor. Avoid.

I have since received a partial refund. However, I have been charged £16 for returning two items in the same box. I stand by my original review that service is exceptionally poor and I will not be using it recommending Nothing products. The post office confirmed the return cost was £3.50.

NOTHING DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!

I’m going to do my best to be objective but I’m very irritated.

I bought the nothing ear(open) earbuds because I loved the design and open concept and they didn’t fit my ear, they kept falling off no matter how I tried to fit it over my ear.

So I contacted support to return and this is where I’ve been constantly shocked at how irritating their customer service is, I genuinely get the feeling the try to annoy you more with every encounter with the hopes that you abandon your need to return the product out of sheer frustration.

I spent days going back and forth with seemingly obtuse responses trying to teach me how to properly wear headphones despite the fact that I was clear every single time that I’d spent enough time wearing the headphones to know that I don’t want them because they don’t work for me.

Eventually, they send me a number to then APPLY TO RETURN THE PRODUCT with a notice attached that if they find defects I have to pay extra and I promise that’s not the worst part.

They’re charging me $15 to ship back something that couldn’t weigh more than 1lb at most.

I pride myself in being understanding of circumstances being a business owner myself, but their behavior is predatory, disgusting and not reflective of a company interested in the wellbeing of their customers.

This is the 3rd negative review I’ve ever left for anyone in my whole life and I went very far out of my way to do it.

If you value your peace of mind, stay away from them.

There are much much better designed products backed by a team of empathetic individuals that are way worth your money, time and interest.

Don’t buy unless prepared to lose money

Don’t expect to get your money back if something does not go as expected. No real customer service exists. No number to call. Telling me refund was sent and POSTED when no money receive. Should be ashamed.

No need to share ticket number, have been talking to customer service of weeks now with no resolution.

Not changing my review - do not buy unless willing to lose the money in case something goes wrong and not to your expectations.
