I wish i could sue them.
I installed a machine in my business and promised huge commission if i put it free to use. After couple of months there was not even a penny from them. Called them to find out why. And was surprised by the rudeness of all of them from the customer service to the account manager.
I spoke to the rep who pretended to not know me anymore. I told them it is taking a lot of electricity. They said well that is your problem. Also I keep getting headaches of unhappy customers who uses it as it keeps swallowing their cards and sometimes give them less than the amount they ask for!

Basically stealing off people.. how are they even aloud to charge you to withdraw your own money ?!! 2 quid ??? Peoples should start destroying them until e get back all the free ones or i will just start withdrawing my full wages from the bank if it gets worse
M&S ATM
M&S ATM, Gemini, Warrington..... run by Note Machine, because M&S thought it would be cheaper, save money. M&S used to use ATMs provided by HSBC but this is such a backward step. Note Machine never do maintenance, as the zero on the keypad is sticking, never accepts it no matter how many times you press it. Unworkable. Pathetic, Note Machine is money grabbing piece of an awful company, they can’t be bothered about customer service.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. They put a charge on it whilst leaving my main competitors machine untouched after telling me theirs was getting done right after mine, lying scumbags. After calling multiple times to find out why theirs hadn’t been Changed I found out they were breaching contracts and then straight up lying to me at every turn. Even if I call the mangers no one gets back to me. Poor customer service
The worst company
The worst company to deal with, 1 of our stores has a faulty atm and they won't replace it. We've had 27 engineer called outs to repair it in the last 3 months. Broken over the busy Christmas period, there helpdesk advisors don't even bother with your enquiries and complaints. Notemachine are the most unprofessional and incompetent company we have dealt with.

This I did they were frikin useless told me to contact bank not their problem A holes they are. Spent time through no fault of my own ringing bank to cancel card. Rung note back to request complaint department stating they have no right to retain card. This was totally dismissed by they not interested. Tossers

Bank Card Swallowed & No Responsibility Taken By OneNote
Inserted my bank card, OneNote swallowed my card & never returned. Phoned OneNote (who charge £0.99 for withdrawing cash). OneNote's reply was that they are not responsible in any shape or form and I would have to report my card to my Bank. Their attitude is totally irresponsible, unethical & they take absolutely no responsibility, even though they charge £0.99 a time. Disgraceful. I shall never again be using OneNote. May I suggest you do the same?

Atm in Morrisons Bamber Bridge did not give me the £50 requested however took the funds out of my account

Note ATM Machine stole £150
Used the Note ATM in Morrison’s Redditch input my Co-Op card and PIN requested £150, card returned then message on ATM display that I have exceeded the number of transactions in a day.
This was my first transaction so I used another debit card in same machine and received the £150.00. Later I found from the Co-Op that they had debited my account by £150.00, called the Co-Op they raised a case with Note but surprise, surprise they stated that Note could find no problem.
It’s now with the Ombudsman and if not sorted I will be closing my Co-Op account after nearly 30 years as they cannot be bothered with this issue.

I was charged 70GBP for using their machine! When I called the customer service/ Complaints team and spoke to an advisor Owen- he was unhelpful and kept repeating a script. No help to recover the money I lost for using their machine. I will now need to take this up to the regulator so the issue can be resolved.

Saddens me to see a 99p charge on our local NoteMachine ATM... some people can't afford even 99p out of the available cash they have... they don't have an option but to withdraw from your machines...
Notemachine Questionable Service
On 23 Jul 19 used a Notemachine ATM in Spar, Carnoustie -
withdrawing £150 and only received £130. Raised complaint with
Customer Services who transferred me to my bank (RBS) and raised
claim. Notemachine claimed no cash discrepancy found and refused
payment - this is in dispute as the ATM in question definitely short-
changed me!! This is currently being reviewed by RBS - and from my experience I will never knowingly use Notemachine ATM's ever again
and would advise others to do likewise.

Ripped off by this company when we used their machine to obtain cash at a Newcastle amusments arcade. They took my money and never delivered the cash even after phoning and reporting. They tried to blame our bank but they're just thieves.
Shame on Morrison's use of NoteMachine
Stupidly I used this machine in Morrison supermarket, forgetting this happened when I used it once before. The machine took my card after I input wrong PIN. It should have allowed two further attempts.
I rang the customer care number and the advisor said it was nothing to do with them and helpfully suggested "she would transfer me to my bank's lost card dept". The young woman who answered was sympathetic, said the card would be cancelled and a new one sent to me. She then stated she couldn't find my details on the bank system! What???
It was bad enough the card being swallowed, now this! As I continued to talk I was cut off!
Will have to ring my bank again to sort this out.

I called note machine and the women was rude & told me it’s nothing to do with their company & for me to call my bank & let them know what happened. So know I waiting for my bank to file a claim.
